  1. Full Metal Jacket, because it's directed by Kubrick. Self explanatory.
  2. Just got word from Echo that these forks have undergone improvement and that the new ones will be stiffer and stronger. New ones being those which are also available in silver.
  3. That was some seriously good riding. Gear ratio looks a bit wrong though

The geometry is close to 1075/60/375/72 I think.
  5. Make a big column in the middle of your room, from ground to ceiling. Arrange the tubes according to colour, hippie style. Buy a can of Pringles and some weed, smoke it while gazing at the column and eating Pringles.
  6. Sonic, because he's got cool shoes and doesn't have to eat mushrooms to accomplish anything.
  7. Never got into tennis despite my dad constantly watching all the tournaments on TV and doing the engraving work at Wimbledon for as long as I've been around. All I enjoy about tennis is the green lawn. It looks sooo nice, I'd love to have one in my room.
  8. They can't be that old, the lever is no more than 5 years old. Anyway, I wouldn't bother if you want to use them for trials.
  9. Here's a quicky. Drove her home for the night, we watched a movie and she fell asleep. Woke up and went to bed and is now sleeping 1 ft from me which is not the kind of activity I'd expect from her in these circumstances. What am I supposed to do, masturbate ?
  10. Surely not? I've seen heaps of broken ones, both disc and 4bolt. Also a disc brake surely puts much more stress on the stanchions than a rim brake? I had 4bolt SL forks and they broke off far away from the brake mounts.
  11. Very nice tune, haven't heard this mix yet. Good riding man, enjoyed it. The frame is indeed nice, it's the 72* head tube angle he's reintroduced. Makes all the difference.
  12. Colours don't look nice, but the bike is cool none the less. Always wanted to have a go on a Vinco.
  13. f**k me, his last video was released like 3 weeks ago? And he's got better since? Out of all the riders out there, I really believe that TRA is the only one not bound by any limits.
  14. If you want to find out if your frame is a short or long, check the bb to headset measurement and confront it with Tarty's website. But yeah, it sounds strange.
  15. I'm absolutely in love with the Rockman range right now. It's like somebody started up a company aimed at making me happy.
  16. It's a tricky one, room temp mayo could be rather disgusting. HP sauce is ok warm, as for ketchup I have no idea. A photo of ketchup for Danny and those who don't know what ketchup is:
  17. Call Tarty, they should be able to sort you out with some.
  18. The Nurburgring lap time for the McLaren F1 is 7:45. The McLaren F1 GTR is 7:11 but that doesn't count. The Veyron time is 7:40.
  19. Not too sure about that, the Veyron is bloody quick around a track. Think about it, 6-7 years ago when the new Top Gear appeared, times of 1:20 were super fast. So I doubt a 18 year old car could beat 1:18 or whatever the Veyron did. The race itself wasn't a good comparison, they put the Stig into the McLaren because it must take a hell of a lot more skill to drive than the Veyron. If they had 2 Stigs, the results could be different. Either way: The 2.4L V8 used in the new Atom. Revs past 10,000rpm. Soulds like they've just made a road legal F1 car.
  20. It also depends on the size of the conversion lens. I've got a 52mm with a 43mm adaptor ring so the angle and distortion shouldn't be as bad as if it was a direct fit.
  21. Had an HD6600 (0.66) and it was a bit narrow. You might want to look at getting something wider. http://www.vimeo.com/2133753 This is shot with an 0.3 (HD3030 52mm -> 43mm) Pretty sure this one is shot with the HD6600: http://www.vimeo.com/1205357 edit: DCR and HD are of different quality, don't know if you'd notice it on a normal DV camera.
  22. Shit, we were both completely drunk.
