  1. Dan's such an amazing rider. Truly inspirational stuff there. Shame this was so short, could watch his riding all day long.
  2. Yeah, it's typical Japanese = fall of your bike and you'll land in a puddle of wee/paint that won't come off. Love it none the less, so much more entertaining than normal trials comps!
  3. Wow, that's fantastic Really liking the stripes though they look a bit unfinished to me.
  4. This didn't tease me, it annoyed me. What's the point of doing a teaser where 4/5 of the time riders are setting up or doing nothing.
  5. That was one hell of a good video. Best one I've seen in a long time. Your riding isn't big but it's just so so good. You have it all - style, control and smoothness. I also really like how you find technically challenging lines in street. Looking forward to another one soon edit: the bit of train track you were doing spins on - that should have a sign saying "Ryan Leech memorial"
  6. The LE is a really nice frame, haven't had any experience with the RockMan frame yet. Personally I'd choose the LE due to the head tube angle. The frame will feel slightly more manageable and flicky. It's also got quite a balanced geometry which makes for a good all round frame. Having said that I wouldn't have either of these. Consider a GU ST or Czar long if you haven't yet.
  7. Recently learned to do them properly after about 4 years of incorrect tapping. The key is to hit the front wheel against the wall as you've finished pedalling and are already jumping upwards. Some other really useful advice from Kennard: just twat it.
  8. Cheaper = the whole idea behind the TR group
  9. That was a good video. Amazing rider, he has so much power but due to how big he is, it never seems he's moving too fast. That's why I kinda don't like his style, there is a limit as to how easy you can make trials look
  10. Yeah that's what they are. But notice that the weight in the price list is 340g. I'm pretty sure the Wellgo MG1 Ti's weigh in at 300g. Wonder where the 40 grams have gone?
  11. Cousts + sharp grind + monty brake spray if you can bother = brake problems sorted. Just ride in the wet if you're desperate, it's not like your bike is going to rust. And if you're so concerned about getting wet, jump under the shower in your clothes before going out. I'm serious, you'll no longer be bothered by the rain. Rode a few times in heavy rain this summer and they were the best rides in my life mainly because of how challenging simple things like holding onto the handlebars become.
  12. That was the old one. I don't see a connection between water and leakages but it sure looks like they're somewhat related.
  13. According to my statistics, it's water. The only returns I got from the new improved series were brakes which it later turned out were run on water.
  14. Looks like you just need a new maggie, that'll solve your problem once and for all. Start saving up. And bleed it on water and antifreeze, if you think it's crap now, wait till you use it in the winter. The oil turns into butter pretty much...
  15. Greetings

    Google Chrome.

Google is taking over our world edit: I like it. But this missing scroll feature is annoying.
  16. And don't have 100% positive feedback rating. I only tuck when close to my limit. It happens naturally and isn't something I concentrate on or intend to do.
  17. More importantly, they're really strong. My mate went through two trials headsets in 1 month yet his king has lasted him over a year now and is still going strong.
  18. f**king hell, why does there always have to be an argument. Just learn to shut up and not take things so personally. Make: Triton Model: custom design Year: 2007 Quick spec used with the Frame: gu forks, trialtech forged stem, monty 740mm bars, 26" wheels WB: 1085 Chain stays: 372 BB rise: 45 Head Angle: 72 Strength rating out of 10: no idea Weight: ~1800g with thick paint Overall comments: Really springy frame but stiff where it needs to be (ie. no need for a booster). Apparently really easy on the rear wheel and fantastic for front wheel moves - that's what other riders say... can't really give genuine feedback yourself if you've been using a frame for a long time. Obviously once you get used to something, it's good for everything because you've just adapted.
  19. Nah, pretty sure it's actually 30 minutes. Going to check though
  20. So how close to a black hole do you have to be to experience a pig's orgasm? It lasts half an hour apparently.
  21. f**king idiots. Yes, there is a chance that this thing could create a black hole. They should learn the difference between will and might. What's next? Russia will invade Europe, America, Africa and Oz? Masturbation will be prohibited by law? edit: anyway, didn't know this was due so soon, thought they'd be building this accelerator for another few years. Really interested to see what they discover.
  22. Sounds like you just need a 24". Get a Fourplay or something similar, it'll be a great street toy.
  23. Nice idea there, seems you lost quite a lot of weight. Liking the looks too.
  24. Ok, so I remember you posted a vid like this some time ago and people said it would be so much better if you actually mixed it with some even basic trials moves to show that you're riding a trials bike for a reason. I stand by that opinion though the moves in this vid were truly stunning. Really really good video, I don't like this kind of music but it actually went so well with the footage that I didn't even mute it. Great job. But please, mix a few lines with basic trials moves in your next vid, it'll make it even better.
  25. Wow that section with Hosel was incredible. And Keita, what a unique rider. I agree with this being the golden period of trials, it's just become so different now.
