  1. Excuse me, what was that again?
  2. Yes, it's normal for this to happen. The piston diameter is so large in the caliper that the mechanical advantage causes the caliper to bend when braking hard.
  3. Ha! I remember when my mate got himself a Megamo Equip Pro 26". It had about 10mm bb rise and everybody was saying "yeah, nice bike but the bb is so high it will ride shit".
  4. There was an identical topic about a month ago. I'd still say it's one of the silliest questions you can ask. These frames are about the 2 most different geometry setups available on the mod frame market. If you don't know what kind of geometry you like, nobody on this forum will be able to help you. It's a bit like asking if one should get a Vinco or a Leeson.
  5. Yep, i'd say about 800 in mint condition. This is not a bike where you pay for the quality of the parts, it's more about having "v-racing" written on the side of it.
  6. Don't tell me those are the Zoo cranks I gave you  The taper was seriously f88ked, how do you keep them on nice bike
  7. the only man on the forum who knows what really happened to Pete Wright's leg helpful as well i like
  8. Already wrote it to you on MSN and yeah, for me it's the best looking mod ever. edit: don't put stickers on it, please!
  9. And so the grand slam bumping championships continue
  10. Tra is not English. English riders are only amazed by English riders. You should know that by now
  11. You do realize some of your fans will commit suicide not being able to buy a frame you'll be riding? Anyone want to give me 500 for my A1 frame?
  12. 18:17 - perfect 18:18 - very good 18:16 - bad 22:18 - very bad 18:17 any time
  13. My friend did this to his Echo 26" rims and apparently really changed the weight, I'm thinking about doing the same, just hope it doesn't look grotty.
  14. Easier meaning you can get closer to the obstacle, it's also easier to tuck and safer when you miss the sidehop. I seem to change each year, last year sidehopped to the opposite side to my lead foot and it was much much better. There's a reason to it, just look at all those riders who sidehop +52"... only Neil does it the other way round.
  15. The situation is as follows: Mum got herself a laptop and with the laptop came this funny box that is pictured below. I believe it's a router which will allow me to connect several computers to a network, including WLAN devices like a PDA. What I want to do is connect dads computer via a cable and mums PC via wireless to my PC so they can access the internet. My computer connects to the internet through a modem which is plugged in through a USB cable. This is an ADSL connection meaning it goes through a normal phone line (no idea if this is of any relevance to the subject). So logically I should do the following. Plug my computer to the "internet" port on the router because my computer is the "source" of the internet connection. Then plug dad's cable to LAN1. This however doesn't seem to work. My pc doesn't detect the router and just says the connection is disabled. Any idea how this should be done? Settings within windows? I've no idea about this. No cd was included with this silly looking device. This is how it looks like:
  16. sidehop to the opposite direction of your lead foot, makes it easier. release your rear brake when sidehopping and do a slight pedalkick. you'll probably find at the beginning it's easier to land front wheel first on the obstacle with your front brake locked, then pull your bike up. no idea how much i can sidehop, never pushed myself to the limits.
  17. could you share the link with us? the teamtrials video page is full of pictures of some silly motorbikes
  18. Jesus I got you mixed up with JJ on one photo, although he's 3 years older than you, you look at least 15 years older than him
  19. Lie down and let her decide
  20. Hope your ok, what are the odds of something like that hapening? Get better soon, just wear some cool shades in the mean time
