  1. 68mm shell, width depends on the cranks but 118mm should be alright. edit: definitely 118mm, i remember having problems with the chain line when running a 128mm bb.
  2. There's a beautiful pearl white Team in the for sale forum, I'd say go for that colour. Black suits everything on the other hand... Unless you'll have it done professionally (like powder coated for instance) you might have problems with the white paint getting dirty and chipping off. At least it won't show when you scratch the bike. Difficult choice. Maybe just have a go at photoshop and see what looks best?
  3. gawd... he borght a profile ant he wands to now if he's mayed the wright chois. simble isn't it? Probably if you used the search button you'd find about 20 identical topics and get your answer straight away rather than having to wait for it and piss people off in the mean time.
  4. Cool, thought there was something wrong with my PC that it was playing it in slow-mo. Not too keen on that idea however the editing, music and shots were great.
  5. Can somebody give at least 2 valid reasons why riding in gloves is better? Counterarguments: -Your hands don't get awfully smelly during hot days -Your whole arms are tanned -Your hands get hard

  11. The combination of shots, music and editing make this one fantastic video!! Really really good job, I'm well impressed
  12. Guess my pc's f**ked because it played the whole movie in slow motion Nice riding though, now i need to figure out how to play it correctly
  13. Yes they are worth the money although you can get them new for about 200 quid and not 290. I have full confidence in mine, the mechanism in these hubs is such that it just can't go wrong when lubed correctly. I'd hate to go back to a hub with pawls where 50% of it's strength comes from whether the pawls engage simultaneously. And they rarely do.

Highly recommended Funny thing is this guy goes bigger than 99% of the forum yet hardly nobody comments his videos
  15. i got mentioned 1st merry christmas buddy and to all of you got a massive hangover got to treat myself to some milk
  16. Well, probably because it means that if you want horizontal dropouts you either have to buy a mod hub or a BT7. I'd say the whole 116mm spacing business is great for people who switch from mod to stock (quite a few people lately) as they can keep their rear hubs which are quite often the most expensive part in the bike.
  17. Nice one Loving the Strong Man contest Thought you were going to be dressed as Father Christmas though
  18. Personally, I wouldn't use WD40 on any element that would require lubrication. WD40 washes away all lube and is more of a cleaning thing. As good as it may be for fixing seizures, this isn't really what you should spray a piston with. I guess even engine oil would be better for this purpose, best thing you can lube it with is silicone spray or silicone grease. edit: WD40 doesn't corrode the seals of the HS33. I know many people who run it as brake fluid and it works beautifully Great guide though!
  19. Just get Zoo forks, they're really similar and probably better. My Ashtons have a crooked disc mount which was so bad it couldn't even be faced. Needed to be bent away Adam: how come you haven't got the "This post has been edited by..." under your post?
  20. Ashtons. That's a 24" bike, I haven't heard about Fatty's having 24" mounts?
