  1. I gathered as much... However if I open the file straight off the cd with Windows media player it works fine, its when I try extracting it off the cd onto my pc it comes up with that error. The videos I have uploaded all came off the same cd no problem. The cd is old and worn a little, but has no scratches on it.
  2. You need to eat food with high amounts of protein and low carbohydrates. Good protein foods would be eggs, burgers, cheese, steaks etc. The food you do not want to eat is the high carbohydrate foods which would be stuff like pasta, cereals, rice etc. Your body doesn't grow unless you eat the foods which make it, which along with lifting weights will add weight to you quickly as muscle weighs more then fat.
  3. They did. Obviously their will be some Ti ones still about in shops that havn't sold them all off yet, but as far as I'm aware they are made from steel now.
  4. I have uploaded the following videos: nickjacktim Earley itswinter sbt_james Left click. I will upload the 5point5 video tomorrow as I don't have it on this computer. Unfortunately I cannot get the Nick Goddard vid comp video off the cd I have, when I try it says the following error: cyclic data renduncy check
  5. Good effort The only thing that really put me off was the song choice, a little to heavy for me, but other then that it was pretty good. When I went to Portland I really enjoyed it as their are numerous quarrys to ride and street just down the road in Weymouth, does Bonney still ride much these days if you know him?
  6. Link I think thats the video your after, unfortunatly I only have the low quality version as it was back in the 56k days I downloaded it. It might be worth contacting Jonny Jones (Trialmedia on here), as I believe it was him who made the video
  7. I uploaded Glasseye_get3 a while back, right click save target as I have most of the glasseye trials videos, if I get time I will upload them or alternatively can send you them over msn, dantrials@msn.com
  8. Yes you will have to change at Worcester. Your best bet is to go to Foregate Street rather then Shrub Hill as their are more trains going to New Street from that station. Once you have changed trains it is a direct train to New Street I can't count the amount of times I did that journey from Evesham to Birmingham on the train
  9. I agree, however I think the top riders will still continue to push the boundaries and innovate for years to come. But yes their will be new riders who will come and take trials riding to a new level, it is the nature of all sports and if trials did grow to the point that trials courses were being made all over the country their would be more riders starting and competing at a young age, which in turn will lead to some extremely talented riders being produced. This is one rider along with many others who is really showing bmx influence and has integrated it into his riding (front flips, backflips etc) and this might be another big thing to come in trials as it is adding new degrees of creativity and 'wow' factor, which is good to throw into the mix along with the 'normal' trials moves. It is hard to list riders who will be the next 'big thing' in trials due to the riding standard of so many riders now days being very high.
  10. You must be joking?! their are loads of riders in Vancouver and around it, My uncle lives in Downtown Vancouver, I should be over their again visiting for a month soon hopefully. If you use msn feel free to add me: Dantrials@msn.com. Anyway.... Welcome to the forum, don't post rubbish and you should be validated and let loose on the rest of the forum shortly Yes Ryan Leech is Canadian and furthurmore lives just on the outskirts of Vancouver (think its Port Moody, can't remember), the same with Stevie Baia (guy in evolve and contact who was about 8/9 years old).
  11. Some great photos. Your riding has come a long way in the last year or so... at the shorts. Keep it up mate
  12. 1.) Two condoms are on a night out and they walk past a gay bar, one says to the other ''lets go get shit faced'' 2.) There is a woman who is pregnant to triplets, anyway she goes into labour and her boyfriend decides he isn't ready for kids so quickly gets all his stuff and leaves. The pregnant woman now has no transport and their is no taxi's around so starts walking to the hospital, she takes a shortcut through a dark alleyway and some guy comes out and shoots her 3 times in the stomach. Anyway she was ok and the triplets were ok, two of them were girls and the other was a boy. 16 years later.......... One of the girls goes to her mum shouting 'mum! you will never guess what?!' the mother says 'what?!', the girl responds 'I was in the toilet having a poo and a bullet came out', the mother looks at her in some shock and then tells her what happened down the alleyway 16 years ago. The next day the second girl goes to her mum, and says the same thing; 'mum! you will never guess what?!' the mother says 'what?!', the girl responds 'I was in the toilet having a poo and a bullet came out', the mother looks at her in some shock and then tells her what happened down the alleyway 16 years ago. The next day the boy goes up to his mum shouting 'mum! you will never guess what has just happened?!' the mother says 'you was in the toilet having a poo and a bullet came out?' the boy looks at her and says 'no, I was jacking off and I shot a dog'. 3.) A guy walks into a pharmacy and goes up to the counter and buys a packet of 10 condoms, the pharmacist goes 'their you go, enjoy' the guy walks out. The next day the guy walks into the pharmacy and buys another packet of 10 condoms, the pharmacist is thinking blimey this guy must be having alot of sex, anyway the guy walks out with his packet of 10 condoms. The next day this guy comes in and buys another packet of 10 condoms, the pharmacist sells him them and thinks this can't be right, so he closes the store and follows this guy. Anyway this guy opens the condoms and then starts stamping on them. The pharmacist goes to him 'what are you doing?!' the guy responds 'Oh, this is how I stop smoking'. 4.) There is a guy sat on the train and opposite him is this really gorgeous blonde, she is wearing an ultra short skirt on so the guy looks up it to see what underwear she is wearing, to his amazement she isn't wearing any! so he is just sat their staring... The girl looks at him and says 'are you staring at my vagina?' the guy looks up and says 'yes, sorry'. The girl giggles and says 'don't worry, its pretty amazing isn't it? I can make it do tricks'. The guy looks puzzled. The girl says 'look il make it wink at you' and her vagina winks at him... The guy goes 'WOW! that is amazing, can you do any other tricks?!' the girl says 'yes, I will make it blow a kiss at you' and sure enough it does. The guy is just sat their in shock. The girl smiles at him and asks him to sit next to her, so he does. She says to him 'stick your fingers up their' the guy looks at her and then says 'why can it whistle as well!!!' The end
  13. Unlucky Mike. Like people have said you do have a good chance of it turning up somewhere due to the bike being so unique. As some people have said, go down to local bike shops and give them a description/picture of the bike and ask them to keep a look out. There is only Worcester cycle centre and star cycles isn't their? and Halfords obviously which I'm sure Matt will be on the look out for you. I will ask a couple of Evesham guys to be on the look out when I catch them online as most of them go to college in Worcester now and their is the possibility of it ending up in Evesham/Pershore itself.... Best of luck anyway Mike, it is a shame when stuff like this happens
  14. Why change something that works well though? and more importantly creating a whole load of work for the moderators/admins as scrapping the validation system will lead to mass amounts of people posting rubbish, text talk, ripping people off, repetitive topics (I have seen 5 topics on 'what are T-pros like for a beginner?' on one page of the new members chat forum). Yes with more moderators the forums could be monitored and controlled a little more effectively/efficiently. But I think the validation system should stay in place because at the end of the day it does the job and it is not hard to get validated, I was validated after 4 posts..... 'Angry_Greg' as it has been said you clearly are not an idiot and have a good head on your shoulders judging from the maturity/grammer of the post. But although this topic does bring up some valid points and generally is a good topic, you can't expect to be validated when not posting at all and then when you do post it is questioning the validation system, when you havn't made an effort to be validated. This isn't a moan at you by all means just I dont see how you can have a little rant about the validation system on your first post. If you have been posting and that is the case, ignore what I just said Anyway, in relevance to the initial purpose of the topic, 'Trapped in the moment' video was a brilliant video and sent a good/powerful message out Dan.
  15. 'onzabob' was giving his opinion on the frame. There is going to be mixed opinions about it that is what the forum is for, there is no need to make statements like 'is coming from the onza buffs' just because a couple of people don't like the frame design. I personally like the frame, it is nice to see the 'old school' look again. I do agree though that it isn't cutting edge in the devolepment of frame design compared to the likes of Onza, Koxx etc who are creating all kinds of new designs, but it is a frame designed and for the sole use of Akrigg, that is obviously how he likes his bikes so the purpose/function of the frame is acheived. Dan.

    New Vid Of Me

Very fun video with some big riding, fantastic
  17. Yes, old people always go on about council taxes and think they own the place what ever it is; walls, rocks, grass, some old people moaned for riding on paths in a park as we were 'causing a hazzard for pedestrians' Generally it was rare to get positive crowd's of people where I lived, the only time we did was when myself and the Worcester crew did a demo for a local bike shop, but even then their was still plenty of people moaning. Dan.
  18. I have rode several Kot ms2's the nicest by far was the long version frame with a Onza PZ31 stem 120mm with 17° rise, that was with Kot forks. There is no right or wrong stem choice though, it is all down to personal preferance, with a high setup such as the one I have stated, it just makes the front end easier to pull up, which is why it felt the nicest to hop on the backwheel etc. However I have had a go on a Kot with a low rise stem and to me it felt awful, but to others may feel nice. It may be worth experimenting with different stem's to find what is right for you, if it is the long version frame I think you will find a high rised stem (15° to 20°) will be better Dan.
  19. Nice video, not really a fan of Billy Talent so that was the only downside for me, however the riding was really good, all in all great video Dan.
  20. I don't think having a lower bar/stem setup really does any good on a mod. Steve-A when he had a Leeson mod tried this out and it made the bike horrible, the only thing it made easier to do was x-ups. It had no advantages to bunnyhop's, manuels etc. After about a week he switched back to an echo bar and stem as the bike rode superb for street with that setup (or as good as the bike was going to ride for 'streety' moves). However this was a leeson mod, I do not know the geometry of it, possibly the geometry didn't suit to accomodate a low bar and stem. The only thing you could do really is try it.... Dan
  21. When you say you have serviced the hub, have you completly stripped the internals and cleaned it all up? or have you just removed the drive shell and cleaned the splines and added the synthetic oil, as if that is the case it could be it needs to be completly stripped and all the internals cleaned up. Also I found that using Finishline cross country chain lube worked best in my king, as I used to use the Chris King ringdrive glue product but that was terrible, it made the hub skip constantly. I had my king for 3 years and only had to service it about twice using cross country chainlube Dan.
  22. It is true, items heavier then 750g cannot be sent second class.
  23. I think a good starting base would be shin pads what are light wearing, not bulky and again do not restrict movement would be another area to perhaps look into? when learning crankspins I destroyed my shins, however I tried various shin pads and they were just too uncomfortable and would end in having very sweaty shins after an hour or so which caused discomfort.
