I got a bashring and 18t sprocket other day, also got my Bionic and Viz forks abit back they were for christmas.

Not too sure on this but, it is heavier than aliminuim, but you don't use as much so it's lighter. Something on lines of that.

In that video, you ride like a proper stiff. Your not as bad when out riding. Try thinking that your going over the wall, thats what I do and it helps me to land both wheels at same time.
