Umm i'm not too sure, someone else will explain, basically you have an IP address at each computer location, so your comp will have a different IP to mine. What i'm suggesting is that ebay may be able to check your IP history and see if other IP address's have been used with your account. So if you have a history of just your same IP over and over again, ebay won't believe you. I think.......
