I think they are worth it, but Ali C is the man to ask there. Go for some Ultimate levers and arms Cant go wrong with that

The freewheel will have a lot to say for your riding. So I will say that you get a new freewheel But if you need a rear rim more than the freewheel, get a rim.

Where can I get a good white 24" rim that is around 28mm - 32mm? Know Spank do some but they are too wide for this use. Does there exist some other white 24" rims?

Go for a stock. Can do much more on them, rather on the little mods.
