People seriously need their eyes checking if they don't think they resemble each other !! Yes the letters are slightly different but the style is almost a perfect match.
Couldn't really care less though to be honest.
Thats cushy as! Ive seen loads of the white bar version snapping but not heard a single problem with the black ones! Weird or what, my black ones have lasted me a year and still going strong too.. I hope haha
Really happy with this years !! useful stuff not pointless crap. Double bed, playstation 1, new wallet, decent set of allen keys with them ball ends. new cover quilts, seinheiser earphones, leather computer chair. Have a great day people.
Thats actually a great shout by sam, when you think about it, the rounded bit is touching the cylinders first rather than the flat part of the mount. so yeah, as long as you reduce the inner diameter of the clamps you should be good either way.
oh shit when i re read ur both sam i basically just said what u said, sorry haha. beef.
My sisters and their respective partners come over for food, along with my little Nephew whos like 2 or something. So it will be a laugh. Then drink and chill etc. Good times.
Yeah it does, I know what you mean, so its like not crooked?
I seriously would consider taking it to an engineering workshop as with a file I kept seeing myself taking more off at one side and thus not being square to the mounts.
I did a similar thing to some Echo 7075 clamps that required washers but using a file took me ages! So got them milled down, makes sure the edges are nice and flat then too.
Works a treat and I can't believe I've used washer clamps for so long now, absolute doddle to set up now.
Made a thread here about it here if its any help.
Sounds like you have air in the system if it takes a while for both pistons to move.
I think a sticky piston is where both pistons don't move at the same time, due to crap stuck in one of the bores so there's friction; hence the other one moves first.
Try a re-bleed and see if it solves your issue.
EDIT -- Oops I didn't realise you were talking about your master piston! Has it been bled with water? If so, if you remove the master piston completely, remove both the lip seal and the o-ring and give it a very very light sand it shouldn't get stuck anymore.
