Help Is Needed.

Conor the basher.

Recommended Posts

Yo all.

Right i have a set of echo cnc cranks with tensile bash and atomz 16t screw on sprocket, basically i want to get the sprocket off so i can put it on my new tryalls.

I have tried wrapping it in a chain whip and putting it on a vice then using a mallet to hit the crank arm with but no luck :(

Any other idea/techniques ?

cheers Conor.

Choose either method, let us know how you get on :)

1) Heat it up abit, and get a long hollow metal pole and slot it over the crank and use it for more leverage (Y)

2) Altnatively heat it up and hit it harder?

3) If you don't have access to a heatgun/blowtorch, put the crank in the freezer over night and either use your first method or the extra leverage method (Y)

(Or follow them links)
