hello,

I've trialed a couple months but quited cause i got bored of it. So i have a bit experience with trial. (used to ride on a 26" koxx karbon)

Now i'm intrested in street/trial but i dunno which bike i should buy or is it cheaper to built one self?

I live in Belgium (soz for my english ;) ) so i can't buy a bike on this forum :( and there aren't any forums in belgium for street/trial.

my budget is maximum 1000 euro (is 850 pond) i prefer less :)

Also a mate is looking to begin with street/trial (no experience with trial or street) any suggestions for a bike?

Any information is welcome :)

thx

thx for the reply's

is there a big difference between the zoot bike and inspired element? (besides the v-brakes cause if i buy a zoot i'll put sd7 on it)

Is a hs33 for rear brake better then sd7?

And does those adapters fit with the thicker wheels?

440 pond is only 500 euro so it's cheap :D

as for the brake information, i dont really know enough about it

but as for the price of the zoot, it was cheap, on tarty bikes i think they are 530 or something

but just googled onza zoot

and it was 440 :)

The difference between the zoot and the element is the price they are built to, in theory you should get more bike with the element and in this case the theory is true as just about all the components of the element are a step above those of the zoot. With inspired and trialtech components the quality is unbeatable in my opinion, not that there is anything wrong with onza, the zoot is a truley great bike and you can't go far wrong with it. I do think it is a big step forward for off the peg trials bikes.

Previoulsy I would have said hs33 over sd7, however now I would argue that a well set up sd7 could produce a better brake.

If you mean adapters to convert vee mounts to hs33 then I do believe they should fit without any trouble (Y)
