trials hoe Posted December 17, 2012 Report Share Posted December 17, 2012 i ran 165's on a stock, they felt horrid, like my feet were too close to the bb axle (personal pref will play a part here). 175's feel way better. main difference is the amount of leverage cranks will give you (shorter = less, longer = more) making the gearing slightly easier the longer cranks you have vs slightly harder for the shorter.
