brisa911 Posted February 19, 2014 Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) Hi, I have a flat 22t chainring on my middleburns at present but they chain line isn't straight and I need the chainring to be closer to the frame (further from the bashring) I can't seem to find a chain ring that is anything other than flat. What's it called when it has the bolt holes offset from the cogs? I guess my other option is to move the ring on the back. I'd imagine a single speed kit with a greater range of spacers would probably be cheaper than getting a new chainring though? A full Trialtech spacer kit is only £6.99. brisa911 Posted February 19, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 It's quite a way out. Makes a clunk every now and again like it's trying to work it's way off. The trialtech one looks good but the rear chain ring is quite tall and I like the way the gusset cups sandwich it high up.
