Hs33 Pad For The Front

I'm not to sure what would be an ideally suited pad to run on a front magura, with my Ex721 CD. I unfortunately had to use a rimjam blue (as it was all i had), and its being destroyed pretty quickly.

I want something of a reltively hard compound, as my front brake is my stopping brake for when i'm out and about on the bike.

Would the heatsink pads that are available on their site at the moment be a good choice, i've never been able to try these pads, are the Koxx Bloxx Browns harder than these?

Any useful suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers

the heatsink honigs/konigs that are soft compound would do, i know on the back with grinds and dragging the brake on they may wear out but on the front i rekon they will be awesum!!!!! akrigg has got some on the front of his bike at mo and his brake is lethal!!!!not a harsh grind but just enough to throw you over the bars!!!

Waynio....................

without a grind they would be awesum too me thinks specially on a CD rim

Thanks a lot, i was thinking along the heatsink lines, as the extra pad length would be nice as im using Koxx Forxx, and with the Mavic rim, its just a couple of mm's wider than i'd like, so with the heatsinks it should sort that out.

By the way, are you using the new 2005 levelboss with the sideways 'V' shaped seatube?

Cheers again.

Hey,

I've just put a limited number of the Honig pads on a 1/2 price sale because we're currently doing more testing for future compounds to increase the wear life.

If you're quick you can grab a bargain (Y) The info is on my website.

I was about to say look at the heatsink site, for they are doing pads at 1/2 price.

Alas I was beaten to it, so I wont say it now.
