Rear Hub For Biketrial

Recommended Posts

Hi,

What they think of this hub? It can be used with cassette?

The all new Pro2 range of hubs include a further development of Hope's proven ratchet mechanism. This features a one piece steel rotor body and pawl carrier. Four pawls engage into a twenty-four tooth steel ratchet which is fixed into the hub shell and is sealed with a frictionless, non contact labyrinth seal. The axle runs on five cartridge bearings.

This specific rear Single-speed hub has 10mm bolts in each end of the axle to allow the hub to be held very securely in the frame. It can also be used with a standard quick release.

Weight: 295g

Bearing type: Cartridge (5 off)

Hub Body: 2014 T6 aluminium

Cassette body: Steel

Ratchet type: 4 pawl (24 engagement)

Thanks!

King hubs are good (Y) But the Hope Pro 2 hubs are just as good, and cheaper

Well kings are 72 engagement points and i think pro2 trials are 42 but i'm not sure. But i know that there not as many as king. But pro2s are good hubs my brother has one and i'm getting one soon when i get a 26".
