Avid BB7 is the nicest brake ever, altho a 203 is a fork breaker, it is so powerful. Im currently running a 190 hope rotor on Atomz Forks with my BB7. Which is working great. Never got on with hopes, dont like the squishyness of them, and my 06 was rubbish. Altho prawns 07 is alot nicer then my 06 ever was.

Well on Saturday there was a small gathering with several drunk people. I did have my camera on m but was enjoying the company and laughter rather then taking pics. Here are what i took. EDIT - Quality is a bit crappy due to mass resize. EDIT 2 - ok as bigman just pointed out im very very lazy and havent rotated the pics..... just tilt your head though and they are fine PS if you want any better quality ones PM me you e-mail addy.

Recently got rid of a load of shit i dont listen to, but currently have 4974 songs...... was close to about 8500 8700. Yea im a bit of a horder, but i do listen to music constantly(ipod lives in my close surrounding!)

I've had mine a fair while, I used to suffer from weak wrists after breaking them both, since ive had it, i've managed to smack my wrist hard falling down a bank, andlanded funny on my wrist, and what would of been so pain full i would of had to prolly lay down for a bit, hardly hurt in comparison. Now i dont really get any pains in my wrists and i know when i fall off its not going to be the first thing that breaks... Ohh and i have what they call hench finger in plymouth as well.

dont appologise, i use to appologise for people having trouble, but i got over that the first time i tried to go out of my way to help someone and they got shitty with me cause i was 30mins calling them back, i now tell customers to f**k off and do basically little as possible to help unless they are genuinly stuck, then ill help get their issue fixed/booked in to the repair centre, and be polite about it, ive not appologised once to a customer who didnt honestly deserve it. in nearly a year and a half. Fortunately i work for a manufacturer, so i can tell anyone who is spouting sales of goods act at to basically f**k off, as we dont actually sell anything direct

As you lean back yank hard on the bars bringing them in towards your chest while leaning back(still keeping your arms extended), so that your weight stays over the back wheel allowing you to explode up from the crouch to bring the back wheel off the floor.
