Yea was just having a chat with a bike shop in exeter, basically the same as the gear cable they use, so can get it really cheap, and good quality linear outer. i think he said about £2 per metre or so.

Ok, so i know the linear slick outer cables are sweet, but techicnially speak what is the difference between the Linear slick and the click cables?

It depends which hair dresser i go to. My Local Barbers(which is shit and just pisses me of)... na i try and steer clear of the boring a mundane chit chat, but i know 2 hair dressers who come and cut my hair on the cheap, and ill talk to them, ones an ex and we have a massive amount in common, and another is a good friend from a while back. Much more comfortable getting a hair cut by them.

I only have an ipod touch, but im Using these CX300 headphones, and they are the best per £ ive used. Use them constantly, from at work, to riding to blocking out the sound of an annoying parent. Deffinately get my vote.

in a netshell... yes... yes you really really really do. Speshially if your pushing it alot. I do ride for fun, i love riding which is why i ride pretty much everyday. However, i put a load of weight on over the winter(got mullered by a bus). So using this is helping me shed a fair amount of weight and also build up all the wasted musle. So far i cant say i have any complaints about the vest, its helped me shed a fair bit of weight, i feel fitter and healthier then ever before, as well as improving my stamina. I dont ride with it everyday, but during the week id say im using it 2/3 times then on rides at the weekend(as they tend to be longer 5 - 6 hour rides). But i guess will have to see what happens in the long run...

Haha i think im trying to make my Adamant A1 heavier.... dont think its possible at the moment with out adding silly things/spending a stupid amount on it.

It worked for me... but showed a load of shit i had seen and thought was ok at best.only listed a couple of good films. Ill stick to my current process of randomly watching and buying films... tend to get better results.

Just got me a new G1 phone, not sure what i prefer now, touch screen or textile qwerty keyboards. I think i may just be a case of getting used to where they keys are and then that should be fine. If you have a chance to try a qwerty board for texting then it is deffinately quicker and more legible then the predictive text.

Eskimo, i would agree with you on that, its a more continuous thing rather then a one week on one week off kinda thing. I ride most evening with it, but dont over the weekend when im doing more then a couple hours. But it makes the short 2 hour rides feel like days riding. @woody, with the 5KG vest i have, i had to relearn how to side hop and tap and everything, my body wasnt used to the difference in my centre of gravity, however if i wear it indoors and walk around for 20mins or so with it on its more like second nature, and i can now ride almost the same with it on as to it being off, bearing in mind i have only had it for 2 weeks. But everything with it off seems easier and more controlled.

Other commitments. And with the vest, cust its not a massive weight, it will improve cardio and stamina at the same time as stregthening slightly. If you want to build muscle 5KG isnt going to do a massive amount, but it will tone and improve general fitness.

I ride with the 4.5KG vest. its slightly smaller(meaning it doesnt impact on your flexability), and its cheaper as well. Its also enough that your body is working a lot harder to get to the same heights. Very wierd to ride with at first, but then even doing moderate drop gaps seem ok now.
