  1. Just glad im not the only one with biggish feet
  2. Well i have Pink pedals from tarty's and recently brought, black and pink checkered shoes to mactch, gotta love vans slip ons!
  3. In all honesty i think you should tell her face to face. Let her know how you feel, and just point out that you really dont like it. But emphisise that you dont mind her hanging out with her mates. Sounds like she might also becoming quite a heavey drinker, Spesh is it heavy drinkingduring the day.
  4. We will see. Damon watson seems to like them! So they cant be that bad. Granted the 06 ones were made of paper.
  5. Try all are nice, altho mines started to crack on the seam(altho 5 wheel builds im not to surprised) Just changing to an Echo 07, when it arrives from tarty
  6. Ive never seen you do it/that group of people! Neway, Ill nail it on saturday if my rim hasn't given up by then.
  7. So you mean from the top wall accross the stairs to the other lowest wall? Or are you suggesting you can go from the top wall to the far edge of the grassy area?
  8. Yea but which drop gap? Im not riding tonight, off down't pub! After missing a gap and smaking my back on a rail, and a front puncture.
  9. Yea go more on personality, then on looks. If you enjoy #1's company more then things will probably last longer. If however #2 is better personality and in looks... well kinda speaks for itself. From the sounds of things though, sounds like #1 is fairly cool and you got on really well with her.
  10. Comedy! Na if there is a drop gap I haven't seen/done at the anchor Id happily do it. Will be doing a nice gap to rail i've not seen anyone do(think a few have done it though). Altho its a shame I cant see Pete try this gap between 2 benches again. Made me chuckle last time.
  11. Meh change of plan, not out riding, Rim is getting a little worse, and goot a flipping puncture in the front(dont know how). So going down the pub!
  12. What drop gap is it your talking about at anchor then?
  13. Personally ive not ridden many high BB frames, i dont fine they make much difference in feel, except when it comes to bunny hops and manuals. Cause of the high bb just makes your leverage less, and so your font doesn't come up as well. Sure with practice, you'd get used to it though. P.S - See you saturday Pete
  14. In al honesty The BB7 will be my next brake, loads more people use them, as they feel nicer, and they also much better to set up. My Hope felxed like a bitch, and also some guy down from uni was out riding, one second he hope was alright, then his caliper started to flex, along with his lever. Not sure how mine popped, but it wasn't as nice feeling as my Julie. But Avidd BB7 will be my next buy.
  15. Thats cause everything you do ride Pete, is small. Bar that one big drop ive seen you do!
  16. Neway to get out of this(sorry bad day at work) Frames - Personally i think they will steady out as 20 - 40 BB rides. Their length will always vary due to longer and shorter people. But may see an increase in the CNCed part, but wont be for the whole bike, as it would weigh to much.
  17. Yea but the example of a booster is pontless cause its not designed for taking twisting its just the pushing force from the brake. A frame has lots of different forces pushing on it at the same time, which is why your fram twists and flexes like a like a bit of paper. Using tubing, resolves that problem. For example, Take a bit of paper, and roll it up. Take another bit of paper. Then see which one is flopping around alot more. Tubing in inherently stonger then your Sheet of metal frame. I told you plenty befor hand when you described it tom me, it wasn't going to work.
  18. Making sense! BTW, I dont own a tv to watch, as its bloody boring! And im off out in a sec to go ride. But you still haven't answered what your bloody moaning about again?
  19. I have a Zoo lever, and is really really really really nice! So comfy, and can definately feel the difference in power!
  20. to be honest i dont think you could weld your rim back up. I think the only thing you can do is prey it lasts till you get money for a new rim
  21. If your talking about your self pete then yes! What are you actually moaning about now?
  22. No pete i get what proto type means, but the fact its a sheet of mettal rather then tubing, means that it will always flex and twist like it does! Even if you did have more material it would have the same effect!
  23. My hope mono trial 180mm was good... till it poped. Now my Magura Julie,is the shizzle!
