used to spend £120 a week going bowling with my gf for about 6 months gf highest score was 201 and mine was 249, even bought our own bowling balls

doe sound like you have some air in the system, alternatively have you checked the seal/piston in the lever body to see if any oil is leaking through?, I had a similar problem a few months back and the seal had gone, the brake gradually got worse throughout riding untill i had no brake power at all. I solved this by giving the lever a full overhaul new seal and springs etc, but bled it with a water/anti-freeze mix. brake is now strong and reacts far quicker due to the water bleed and it doesn't freeze when it gets to cold. steve

Ebay sells a plastic pollish specificaly designed to clear scratches off phones and i-pods etc haven't got time to post a link to it but its under mobile phone cases and screen protectors. used it on my phone and it once again looks brand new, don't think t-cut will work would leave it cloudy and dull and would probably be worse than it allready is lol steve

I would recomend maxxis, any of the double wall ones really. used them for a year now and have never managed to pinch flat them, and im a pretty heavy rider. they weigh more than the try-all's but you don't really notice steve

Does anyone know how the 06 echo pure rides? does it feel like a long bike i.e like the old echo pure long etc.... Thinking about getting one, normally ride short frames just wondering how this would compare. Cheers Steve

I work At a college that specializes in learning difficulties, A lot of the students i work with have varying degrees of autism, Autism is a condition which retards the social aspect of the person(s) life. What i mean by this is that if you were to take someone with autism out to a club they would sit on the outside of a group observing, taking in every detail of their surroundings. Where as someone without autism would join in with the group socializing and building relationships. People with autism can not make assumptions and take a very long time to proccess information. People with autism could walk into a room of crowded people and notice the pattern on the carpet, colour of the curtains or style of the chairs before noticing the people because they don't see the people being any more important than any thing else in the room. Where autism differs from asperges is that people suffering with Autism don't have the social awareness to feel embarrased or self conscious, where as asperges is the exact opposite people have a really low self image there confidence in social settings is extremely low and they can quite often feel depressed. I had a training course on Autism today taught by a lady who had Autism, she said something that really stuck in my head 'When i was younger there used to be a group of boys who would follow me around calling me a spastic, this used to horrify my carers but it didn't bother me i had no concept of of the social heirachy! bullies only operate by trying to make themselves feel better than there victim, the problems were caused by the carers.' She then went on to say that she didn't like the boys because there jumpers were not the right colour. Sorry it's a bit long winded but it's a complex condition to describe. Cheers Steve

I use the hi-fi stem on the 06 pittbul with zoo bars and am still finding it too low with the high bottom bracket, i'm looking at getting a mod stem for it. Should work well with the Limey though. Steve

Had one of theese a few years ago. It's a good frame for street style moves, It's old school geometry makes it very easy to do manuals and bunnyhops etc.. All in all its a good frame but not as good for trials as most of the other frames on the market, i'm riding an 06 pitbull and find it much, much easier to ride.. Hope this helps Steve

Koxx are just trying innovative knew designs to try and progress the sport of trials. If no-one stuck there neck out once in a while to try something different there would be no variety in the trials parts you can buy today. Admittedly it is important to produce a good looking frame, but i'm sure koxx design their frames on function first and then asthetics. steve

Gutted i couldn't ride, f*****g leg! Some good tech riding in the video, music wasn't to my taste but who really cares. That drop gap is huge though, little bill has some huge balls!! steve

Because XTR levers are one of the best cable levers you can get They pull the cable through well, offer the best feel and last for ever. Also feel solid as fook as long as you use a decent brake cable.

Doesn't hurt at all when i touch it Think i may have damaged nerves or something in my shin from constant pedal abuse hopefully have stitches out on thurs, so i can be out again on the weekend steve

Yeah, not the first one ive had, just the first time ive needed to go to hospital. just wanted the shin pads for whilst its healing, i know they are restrictive and make you sweat like hell, any help would be appreciated, cheers
