  1. What an awesome vid, just makes you want to ride..... well, does me!
  2. Very cheap solution Try this link. What is wront with tucking your trouser into your sock ? it completly eliminates the problem of trouser getting cought on chain...... with no cost and is such a simple and easy/ obviouse thing to do.
  3. tuck offending trouser into sock. job done.
  4. good vid, enjoyed that. some of those routes looked nails!
  5. drilling an easy out will be even worse than drill the bolt...... as it's probly hss. (high speed steel) it could work out easier to cut the bb axel, and once it's off put the crank in a vice an tap the rest of the bb axel out of the crank. atleast that way you will salvage the crank. sorry about the snappage dude. they can be basterds! lol
  6. Take it to a machine/ engineering shop if you've got something like that locally. and your not that technically handy. I've always used Easyouts for this sort of thing. Simply drill a hole in the top of the bolt and screw the 'easyout' in. It has a left hand tapered thread so the harder you turn it the tighter it bites and eventually the grip of the taper overpowers the rust holding the bolt in. http://www.brokentap.com/easy-outs.html try that mate, well worth it if it works. saves shelling out for a new bb / crank arm.
  7. Both vids are great. guy adds something else to it! inspirational!
  8. Awesome and disgusting at the same time! Well done mate, you have some skills.
  9. kenny, pm me agen this weekend dude! an ill sort those pads for you yeah! pretty sure theres some old plazie pads, koxx browns and some others.......
  10. Jeez, hope she gets better soon mate. thats tragic! I'm pretty sure it's only sprained though. swollen an bruised to buggery...... but i've still got movement an muscle controll. should be ok in a couple of weeks. (I HOPE) just ordered a new wheel. lol
  11. I voted after every ride. simply cos i have been lately. with it being winter an raining most of the time, the bike seems to get filthy when i get back i usually grab the pressure washer, an give it a 30 second blast....... does the trick.
  12. Really? woulda thought magura might have tested for this sort of thing. to late now they've got a new range out i spose.
  13. Yeah, used the forum quite a bit..... it's turned to poop now though! so many haters or just fannys on there. ed38 is a much better place to be.
  14. When you pull the lever do the pistons/pads move atall ?

  19. Hello, i'm kinda inspired by the Eirik Ulltang side hop bail to start this thread. I'd like to see more, can be trials/ no trials related. see how the mods want to let it go. i'll start.
  20. it's more effective on a square taper dude. just take the bolt out an ride around for a bit. giving good pressure on the cranks. keep an eye on it though. don't want it to fall of while ur riding. failing that, boil the kettle..... pour the water over where the crank joins the bb. that'll hopefully loosen it further. then ride around on it agen. (or no nonsense, get a blowtorch on its ass an take it to town)
  21. My back wheel is in peices. time for a new rim it seems. wont be making it!
