Go and buy yourself a set of 'easy outs' there half way between a tap and a drill bit so they screw in to the hole and when they've dug in it'll start to unscrew the barb. might be a few quid but there bloody handy to have in the toolbox!

Went out for a little sesh on my own and i was getting blown all over th place but on the way home i stopped at the "gardens of eternal peace" to tap up the bin and there wasn't a breath of wind, i thought it was just some stupid name they'd given it but it must be true ha ha!
