  1. For bike riding - the hoe for hoe riding - millbay
  2. Good stuff mate - you've got to be happy with the bench gap at the copthorne!
  3. Rain King with maxxis whelter weight tube is working very well for me.
  4. Sweet ride! Always fancied a run around bike with brown leather saddle / grips etc. and also considered some wood inlay on some parts - this is the next level! Love it.
  5. Pure genius! Pleased the bike got returned - i'd be gutted if mine was stolen.
  6. It's bloody complicated but at the end of the day some form of privtisation has to be a good thing - look at the german system - they have a private system that provides way better standards than we have in the uk at a cost per person of less than the goverment pays into the NHS!
  7. Assuming it stays dry then thinking of heading down to minions for about 11-12ish. Anyone in?
  8. We're aiming to get down there for 11.00 ish. I'll bring some ekkles cakes rich.
  9. The 4 bolt mounts and booster look spot on, +the (koxx style) gussets between the toptube and seat stays = win. Don't uderstand why every frame isn't made like this.
  10. My god that guy's smooth
  11. Go for an Echo SL. prob the best freewheel available. PS. I've got some chain tension/brake mount alaignment issues on my echo control and so my chains running really slack at the moment but it doesn't cause me any problems. I wouldn't worry too much about the slack you'll get from having a slightly eccentric freewheel, just set it up on the tightest spot and it'll be fine.
  12. Have you considered the bolts may be too long.

Looks like he's got the potential to go a long way in this sport. Good stuff.
  14. Are you sure? This doesn't sound at all like the way the chinese do business.
  15. Super clean riding as usual. Top stuff I think everybody on here is aware of how big/clean most of your moves are so it would be nice to see another short vid with some longer lines thrown in. I prefer sub 5 min vid's to most of the 10+ min epics, they always seem to hold your attention better. This of course is just my opinion and i don't want to sound critical of the amount of editing work that must go into some of your longer vids.
  16. Watching Ali C ride in that video has lead me to contemplate the worth of my own existance.
  17. What an awesome setup, looks like you have alot of fun riding there! Some nice riding in that aswell. It gets the from me.
  18. When your sidehoping to rear try and look up as soon as you take off, i'm not talking look up to the sky but at least over horizontal. You seem to be looking straight down at the moment, if you lift your head it naturally puts you in a better position by pulling your shoulders back and lifting your arms up. Give it a try-it works for me
  19. If 18-15 works fine for the likes of gilles, giacoma and almost everybody else in the trials world then i think it might just be a question of using the right technique. Keep practising-you'll get used to it.
  20. Nice vid. I bet your neigbours love you!
  21. What are your legs doing in pic3 james? Looking ammusingly spasticated
  22. I've had a couple and they've always just pulled apart. If you need to use tools then you've got a problem
