  6. i personally would say the movement is simular to a big bunnyhop, but with a half crank turn envolved.here is my method. . .. 1.roll at the object with my pad foot forward at a jogging pace. 2.put my weight over the rear wheel and start to pedal to lift the front up. 3.as the front is up i extend upwards and pedal hard with my favorite foot forward. 4.once i am in the air i suck my legs up and push my bars forward and apply my rear brake.5.and land. hope i've helped.steve

  18. i bought a pair of lights that are held onto my frame by elastic band stlye clips from helfrauds for £20,the front wraps onto the handle bar and the rear is inside my seatstay so its out the way. as for the helmets ,there should be a law or something about wearing them, also i feel its incorrect that there are bike videos out there and the rider arent waring helmets what sort of example is that? steve
  19. i dount it'll make much difference in the width of the spacer, you could always file/sand it down to the right size
  20. i compared a cassette spacer to a freewheel spacer and i reckon they are almost identical in size if you remove the spines from inside the cassette spacer steve
  21. im not totally sure about the size if the spacer but have you tried a old cassette spacer?might do the job till you find the correct spacer that was supplied. steve

  23. the grade of rubber alters the qualities of brake pads, same goes with tyres. softer compound pads like zoo!s are generally used with smooth rims as they wear down too much with a grind.harder compound pads like koxx browns are used on harsh grinds as they were out slower. steve
