You need to remove the flash plugin in firefox, then re-install it (go to a site that uses flash and it will do it for you). The problem is arising because you don;t have the latest flash player.

Do not mention the flooding/rain unless you are SURE that you are covered for 'acts of god'. This is a legal term. A lot of policies specifically exclude this, so you would not be covered if you said that the fireplace fell becasue of the rain. It f**ked a lot of people over in the floods of 2007. All in all you are safer just going straight in with accidental damage as the cause, or something else you know you are covered for (faulty workmanship?). The cause you should cite as being something other than the rain/storm. You would be a fool to mention these things unless you are sure you are covered.

It might sound calus because entropy=disorder, ie the natural way of things. But i'm not talking about destroying plants and animals, i'm talking about going against the will of nature (to turn everything to disorder) and controlling the destiny of the molecules and atoms that make up our planet. By that definition the internet is magnificent, as literally trillions of transistors (our computers) are connected together in a meaningful way that allows us to do all sorts of things (include bitch to other members of trials-forum).
