  1. Took the camera for a walk in sunny Wales today... go to my homepage and click on the picture of Michael brown to see the gallery if you fancy ... http://www.r2wtrials.co.uk
  2. Phat-Mike and me in the video as well
  3. He landed it ok but had to have asteady dab before getting off the railings first time.. second time he landed clean and hopped neatly off the rails clean. This was shot on the 2nd ride.... i believe PhatMike may have been sitting almost underneath him there with his camera....
  4. Hope it all mends well mate... from the angle i was stood at when you did it i thought you had smashed your face in as i saw you go face-first out of the skip!! be this you, pre-crash!!
  5. Just to say... if anyone wants a larger version of any of the images i have them all in RAW format at 4meg size. But as i am useless with names send a photobucket link to the image you want and i can email it or whatever back in large format.
  6. no problems with his eyes... think the angle i took it from just cast a little haze from that side. He has just sat there and dribbled all over my feet as i was eating mini cheddars so i had a good look and both eyes are fine!!!
  7. this guy... ... and if i had known it was you i would have got you to bring pads
  8. not from Sunday... but took a few at the play session today... more at.... http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w18/r2w...ls/wessextrial/
  9. I gather not so many... it was a bit practice session today rather than an event. Was great to watch and i learnt a lot even if i will never be able to do most of it!! There are a couple of riders who's names I don't know.... who is the guy in the red and white flowery shorts on the Zhi?.. He can get some stunning height on his hop ups!! Also must say get well soon to the guy who took a dive off the side of a skip and took a big chunk out of his leg... he went away in an ambulance so no idea what the out come was.
  10. Mr Steadman dropping off the container onto a collection of railings.... nutter! more here on photobucket
  11. outdoors?... thought it was indoors, so if the forecast is correct and it piss' down tomorrow don't bother, is that what you are saying?
  12. So anyone on here been and had a look... what do the sections look like? Good for photos?
  13. "Cons... -Im rapidly approaching thirty so Im too old for messing around on bikes now" ... well that's me fecked then!!! i am 44 this year and do it because i enjoy it, not bothered if i can't do big gaps or side hops (or small ones very well for that matter!). The time to stop is either when an injury makes it impossible or when you just don't enjoy it any more. I have been riding motorcycle trials on and off for over 37 years now and have only ever had a rest when money was short or i was traveling overseas .... but about 6 years ago i had an accident on my cycle trial bike that caused a slipped disc and my back wasn't up to riding. 5 years later and i missed it, and it keeps me a bit fitter for the motorcycle stuff. If i looked in the garage one day and didn't wonder when i could get back out and ride again then that would be the time to sell up and move on. It is only your head that will really know whether it is time to have a break again... or stop for good.
  14. very smooth... i like the photoshoot vid of him in the awesome quarry as well..
  15. hopefully i will bring my camera along on Monday... i have moto trial tomorrow!
  16. nice... i remember riding my Raleigh Chopper on some of those walls back in the early 70's!!!!
  17. What is the wear rate like on the green ones... living near the coast i ride on the rocks on the sea front a lot and it is often damp, need something that will work well on a ground rim in the wet.
  18. I tried pm'ing him about buying some of these pads.... no reply for several days. So it looks like TNN for me then!! ... had a message back now money has been paypal'd
  19. very, very nice... as said above keep the graphics off completely or at least do them in a dark grey so they look subtle.
  20. Do i take it that you don't look on here often... for the last few months (and many more for horror stories) there has been topics about T-uk being shite for delivery, reliability etc. I have a mate with a business just around the corner from his unit address and i bet if i asked him to pop around and see what is happening there would be an empty unit.... or at least no answer. Don't mean to be nasty but it would have been better to have had a look on here first before ordering... you will find that the main reliable source of parts are TartyBikes. There are others but T-uk is about the only one that gets a slagging off all the time.... live and learn i am afraid. By law he has to have a trading address on the website... if it is found that the address is not his trading address i would go to the trading standards first and lodge a complaint.... Threatened with legal or official contacts you may find you parts are suddenly available ... or money returned. as far as tracking down the guy who owes you parts... do a bit of digging. If you read this post Here you will see there is someone on there that knows him. Give them a nudge just in case he has been on holiday or something
