  1. i did it on my old dx32 when i was running my black saracen the frame broke before the wheel so i can happily say it lost no strength i think i drilled 25mm holes with a 10mm pilot hole
  2. best thing to do is talk to him first, see if he wants to start get to know what he can and cant do, then see about a bike a mod might be ok depending on his height but if not i guess you would have to have a custom frame and fork but everything else would be standard gear thats not funny and out of order

  11. been tweeking my adamant A1 for about a month now,... gearing, bars, stem, finally got it set just about right for me and seen as im getting a bit older now... ive finally got myself a helmet giro hex the tyre on the back is a new specialized chunder 2.3 (£14.99) from LBS. also added some cherry red hope spacers and hopefully will finally get my new sl echo bash on this weeked hope you like the pics boys... comment if you feel you must spec on demand if you want it
  12. the idea of a geo correcting fork is to bring the bb up as in your problem the bb is -10mm because the frame is designed to work with a sus fork, but you want to run rigid so the fork is to bring up the bb height not the front end hope i answered that properly running a long fork wont affect the geo cause the frame is ment to have a longer than normal fork to account for the suspention if looking for a long fork is should state that fact in the description

  15. theres a few forks around that could help... you may have to have a GOOD look around ebay and the for sale section maybe even put up a wanted i know saracen did some on one of there bikes but not in the style you want your only option maybe to run suspention and have them setup rather hard
