You tend to measure with standard geo forks, and you just disregard the headtube angle effecting it. The idea is you use mainly the wheelbase, head angle, BB rise and chain stay legnth to get an idea of how it rides, the reason the systems how it is is because it works.

Take the BB out, clean the threads on the BB and in the frame very thorughly, (petrol and a toothbrush works well), then let them dry, cover the threads on the BB with locktight and refit it.

Probably that, I Had a 2.4ghz P4 HT, 1GB of ram and a decent graphics card in mine and it still struggled.

Whats the computer spec? My old one struggles with vimeo aswell at times.

Sounds like a driver issue, or a computer full of shit issue to me. EDIT:Probably isn't the graphics card, because every card in the last 5 years or so can play youtube videos easily.

Anodising is a electrolosis process that sticks some pigment die into pretty much any metal (I think), works really well on aluminium though because it's so porous. EDIT: Too slow.

Well you'd need the steel studs version for them to last longer than a week, and they're only 3g lighter than Wellgo MG-1s, but loads heavier than the TI axle versions, that you can get on Ebay for about £50.
