Take the piston out and remove the orange dust seal, they seem to harden when bled with water and stick. Mine did anyway. If this doesn't sort it, remove the piston again and sand it down until it moves freely. not exactly sure how to do that though, it needs mounting into a lathe or dillar drill chuck somehow and sanding down with some wet and dry.

Select just sell packets of stuff, it Deng supply the packets with the wrong bolts, that's their problem. They're only cheapo shit anyway, I replaced mine with all stainless ones with a plain shank that almost reached the top of the 4 bolt mounts, so the threads didn't dig into the inside of the clamps. (Was making a right mess of them). I'd say you should get some plain shank bolts that fit and cut them down, so you get the maximum amount of thread inside the frame. This also makes the set-up slightly stiffer aswell as reducing the risk of you stripping the threads.

Well that's cheating. I could drop off a rather tall building, I'd crash and die in the process but because I landed at the bottom, I'd have made it.

So taps where you bounce back off count? And gaps as long as you hit the edge, but if you slide down it? If you ask me they don't count at all, the whole point of it is to get over an obstacle, and if you come back off it, you're not going over the obstacle.

Are they actually that badly out of parralel? Most rims are a bit like that, my atomz rear rim is like that and I think the front one is aswell. If you use clamps with a C-clip you can get the pads to hit the rim straight, that's what I have to do with mine.

You can, but the adjustable ones only allow you to hone open ended bores, this one is closed so the nut and adjuster thing on the end won't let it fit properly. I could just get a fixed one, then get Daddy to make a new piston for it, but this method has cost me nothing so far.

I bled it by fitting a hose and sucking the water through it with the end in a pot, tasted nice. I pumped the lever it's full travel for about 5 minutes whilst listening to the radio, and it didn't leak. The bigger O-Ring is a bit tight in the bore though, so I'm planning on taking it out a bit more, hopefully I'll get the deepest scratch out! (From where the spring rusted and snapped and took a gouge out of the side of the bore). Should be able to test it soon, I have bits on the way that I will be able to use to make a front maggy, so I'll wack that on the T-Pro and see how it fares.

My hope does the same thing, I just tightened it and rode it until it sorted itself out. (Only happens if i rebuild mine though). Check the spacer is in though, that's the first thing to check.

Why would you want to use a BMX hub anyway? Don't the decent hubs tend to have 14mm axles? If so it probably won't fit in a trials frame, unless you have something like a Da Bomb, in which case it probably isn't worth the hassle.

I smell f**king bullshit, i doubt very much the brake has been serviced at all, he got it, couldn't be arsed mending it and it's just sat there since because he's a lazy f**k i also imagine the fork and front wheel are now being used again, hence the lagging and eventually aggreeing to send the brake back.

It'll be a custom font I would have thought, best bet is to get some photos and try and photoshop the letters to look right, then PM Fishy and get him to cut the stickers. He did the Muel stickers I had on my 08 Echo Lite and they came out really well.

Yeh that's the one I built, was a really tricky build that, took us a couple of goes to get the right legnth spokes.
