It's not the chain width that's the problem though Mike, mine fitted a collapse in fine, even if that's the widest Kool you can get I don't think it's any wider than a collapse.

Theres only one pitch of chain for bikes? And those bashes can take a KHE collapse so it's not the width thats the problem. The teeth on the bash look knackered though, maybe they've worn too much with a stretched chain, and the gap between the pins on the new chain is shorter. Looks like you might have to get a new bash to me.

Koxx Lite, Trialtech Lite they're both just a KMC Z610 with a fancy box. I've had one for 6 months and it's been amazing, I replaced my brothers chain with a KMC Kool (the widest one) at the same time, his bike been ridden about a quarter what mine has and it stretches more and appears more worn than my Z610. Just amazing chains for the weight of them!

They make a big difference in my experience. The pads move more in sync, they make for a much neater hose line and you don't need a crossover, so they're harder to kick the lines off. Especially if you have them going into an M8 nut and shroud either side like I've done with mine. I've kicked it loads and it's been fine!
