  1. http://www.shelsley-walsh.co.uk/press/photos/DSC_0476.jpg 6R4 arches? It would be a pretty cool Rocco.
  2. You could get some ghetto bolt on arches? Cut the originals bigger and bolt the super fly ones on?
  3. Had another idea Hannah, after you've uninstalled, go to Program Files and delete the MSN and MSN Messenger folders, then run both the cleaners, then try installing an older version. I've got one here, took me ages to find though. I can email it if you want?
  4. Pics and explanation or it didn't happen. (The success, of what I don't know.)
  5. Loving them Danny, those rims look sick. Does this mean you won't be able to run a rear king? From looking at them, a Try-All of Continental Mountain King front tyre would be a good start, is that a dual ply High Roller I can see on the front there? Ride soon matey, hopefully I'll make it to all the YMSAs this year, on stock now though. Just thought, it must be getting on for a year since I've seen you guys last!
  6. Sweet, didn't know they came in 160mm. If I ever build another Mod, it shall have those cranks, a rear Pro and will be very strong, stiff and relatively light.

    Dreams...

    Hannah, see a therapist!
  8. I think you just need to be careful what pads you use. Coust pads, CRMs, Rock Blues and Greens all work pretty well, but I can see where you're coming from, an Echo rim for instance will work with any pad in my experience. I think 90% is a bit high though, maybe 50/50.

    My Brute Thread

Nope, he's just a f**king lightweight. (See my edit).
  10. If you say so... All the koxx bloxx and crocos, rock blues and greens, heatsink yellows, anything for smooth, Coust, CRMs. You're not spoilt for choice!

    My Brute Thread

During the night I had 6 losses and 1 win. My guy must be a homosexual! EDIT: I think this is a first...
  12. His frame is fecked. Mine keep getting better as they bed in, less bite but more hold the more I ride it. I'm guessing they work best on smooth or a worn grind.
  13. Sorry, that's all I could think of. I had a right load of trouble a few months ago trying to get it sorted, in the end I reinstalled everything though because I had a problem with something messing up my installs every few months, so I replaced the motherboard, ID cables and hard drives with ones from an old PC I got from my Dad's works. Might be worth considoring wiping it and starting again, it's a pain in the arse but it's worth doing IMO. Just make sure you back everything up first if you go for it.
  14. Uninstall, run CCleaner and Eusing Free Registry Cleaner. Hopefully this should clear out the remnants of it, then get a copy of version 7 or 8.1 that doesn't require the Live downloader bollocks, hopefully it should sort it.
  15. Just clean them, then when you put them on block up the opposite end of the bar, put it on as far as you can, then use a pump to get them all the way on. I also use a football pump needle, if you hold it just right it seals it so that the air expands it and it slides straight on. Top Tip: pump the pump a load of times first with the thumb over the hole to partially seal it, this will get all the condensation out so you won't end up with water under the grip.
  16. The Moon! I hear thats a grand day out, just don't forget the crackers.
  17. I thought first impressions were good Dave? Mine bite like mad, the hold isn't really there though. (My frame is made of cheese though, and I only have a 2 bolt booster).

    F1

Simps told me the opposite last night. Ah well, just checked the F1 site. Sims won't be watching either because he's a bit of a dick. I will be, even though this season has turned out to be a total farce so far, I want to see how Button does.
  19. They never changed haha. I've used them since they first came out and had about 5-6 sets since then. Never had a problem with them. How can a foam grip look gash? They all look exactly the same!
  20. Trialtech grips look gash? It's a foam grip, how can it look gash? They're immense anyway, best grips I've ever used.
  21. Read the post above the one you quoted...
  22. Trust me, it didn't. If I landed on the edge of something hard it would nearly always slip, and I'm only 75kg. It matters more how hard you land, you can see how smooth they are in their videos. They might go really big but they land incredibly smoothly and precisely. EDIT: No I haven't, just in videos and pictures. He's not "skinny" but I doubt very much he's anything like 90kg! Anyway, I'm sure 160mm will be perfectly fine, just saying I'd go for a 180 just for that extra added hold!
  23. If it's a 150 rear end, you should be able to space out the 135 with longer bolts.
  24. When you said van, I always assumed it was like your Dad's works van or something. Nice example!
