  1. No they don't, not club level riders anyway. Or at least we didn't when I used to do XC and road riding. Lycra really is fantastically comfy, it doesn't bunch up hour arse, and it lets the air flow through a lot better, so you don't get hot and sweaty as easily. That said, I did stop wearing it when I was about 14 because I felt that I looked like a retard and I didn't fancy my chances if I fell off.
  2. It should because those cranks are designed to either use a bash ring or the 4mm spacer they are supplied with, seeing as the bash is only 1mm thicker it should be fine.
  3. Would that be a TF tape measure? Measure it in CM then claim it's inches? Yeh I did a 114 inch sidage today.
  4. In my experience the bushing developes a knock long before the bearing does, and theres nothing you can do about it really as far as I know!
  5. Shouldn't you be at school young Jardo?
  6. I thought his name was Jeff? I'm currently getting my head round Entity Relationship Diagrams. Tis gripping stuff.
  7. Ah OK, just looked really similar.

    Present Idea's

Still no idea what I'm getting anyone, I'll just get Dad some booze but I've no idea what to get my mum, I hardly speak to her these days.
  10. Is that my old Echo? Looks like such a similar spec! Video was pretty cool, bit too much of the flashing blackness but still a good effort. EDIT: I think I sold mine with my 06 frame though then sold the 07 seperate, but I could be wrong.

    Riser Bars

He wants bars with a proper rise, not almost none.

    22" Monitors.

The big prices are without VAT, the cheapest HD one is £172, and I don't want to spend that much, and my computer will never run one anyway.

    22" Monitors.

He already bought one Danny. I'm getting the top one from that list soon enough though, looks like it's the best one for under £130.
  14. I'm guessing you're only supposed to use it on a solid wall, not a partition one. They don't actually pull down on the door frame, because of where the foams pads sit on the door frame on the other side the bar just pushes into the wall.
  15. I don't get it? I thought it was pretty clear what I meant.

    Boxing

Looks like Froch isn't content with being world champ, he now wants Calzaghe. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/7769794.stm
  17. I'd also do wide grip pull-ups, dips and back extensions if you can. I'll be getting one of these, they look like a really good idea, cheap too. Link.

    Boxing

Anyone watching the fight tonight? Froch seems pretty keen. http://www.itv.com/Sport/boxing/news/CarlF...ew/default.html EDIT: Probably should have made anew topic, this ones been used a few times before and it was for a single fight just under a year ago.
  21. His name is kenny, not paul... How well would these work for trials? looks like they're designed more for road/commuter bikes from the pics.
  22. That depends how heavy a rider you are, apparantly they are similar to Try-Alls if that's any help?
  23. I've got those forks and they are pretty flexy, forks always flex but these ones flex more than any I've had before. Mine flex at least 15mm, probably more.
