  1. Sometimes you can cut a slot in the top with a hacksaw and unscrew it with a screwdriver, but it only works if it's really loose or if there's a lot of the bolt still sticking out.
  2. Any more? See you guys tommorrow, can't wait!

The threads don't strip as easily, so you're not stranded half way through a ride with no brake.
  4. With echo lite forks, 1045wb, +45mm bb, with Onza T-Pro forks, 1065wb, +55bb. 2.3kg, and apart from the bash mount crack they are pretty much the strongest mod frames around, I've only ever seen one snap. They all crack halfway across on the bash mount, it's where the weld is only in the middle of the join, it cracks across to there and stops, loads of them have done it but it doesn't effect the stregnth of the frame.
  5. I'd say not, my brother has a 4 bolt RB booster on his and it's still pretty flexy.
  6. Looks sweet Stan! If only I could justify getting one of those frames.
  7. £60 posted, dunno if I'm splitting yet though, I want to get some interest on most of the ther bits first.

  8. You could have the wheel and rear brake for £130 posted, I'm not splitting the wheel though.

  9. This is the only weekend we can make it, but we'll be riding Buxton soon hopefully so you might be able to blag a lift from Tom? OK hope to see you there mate.
  10. It's just up the road from the Sainsburies, the road is called Snitterton Road. Linky. We're hoping to arrive between 10:30 and 11:00. EDIT: Too fast Jon!
  11. Sounds good Stan, hope to see you there! It would have been cool to see you again Patt, but I'm sure you'll be thinking of us when you're riding in shorts.

f**k me jardo, how did that happen?! Looks rolled?
  13. Is the jubilee clip and sheet of metal covering another crack by any chance?
  14. I'd go for the Trialtech ones, they seem pretty cheap and one of them is just about the lightest trials bb I've seen.
  15. There is no way you will get that stuff at those prices, the freewheel you're looking at £15-£20 posted, the cranks £35-40, the booster £15-£20. It might be a 122.5mm, but it all depends on what cranks you have, which you havn't posted yet. Anyway, seeing as you want a set of Tensiles, I assume you're going ISIS, so as long as you get a long ISIS BB then you'll be fine. EDIT: In fact, it doesn't need to be that long, my brother had tensile cranks with a tensile freewheel, and it had loads of clearance, you could probably get away with a 122.5 ISIS bb.
  16. My old was a standard T-Pro one and was 122.5. If you're buying new cranks you'd be much better off getting an ISIS setup though.
  17. Depends how long the bb is and what cranks you've got, I had a set of Echo 6061 cranks with a tensile and no spacer or bashring, and it only just cleared the BB, it was less than half a mm away.
  18. The not underrated, even when used for lighting fires they're overrated. For a Mod, I've found a rear Monty and a front Try-All is the best, for stock a rear Continetel Rubber Queen and a front Try-All.
  19. My eyes apparantly don't work, I could have sworn that said sunday on there. Sorry for clogging the thread up. :$
  20. A div is like a box the can contain the content of the website, and you can control the size of it, the border properties etc. The best way to do it would be to write it out using HTML and CSS, it's tricky stuff to learn, but you can teach yourself. I just got stuck in and taught myself everything I know using Google, a big book and Notepad. Slicing is OK to start with, but all it will be is basically a big picture on the screen, you can't have any interactive content at all.
  21. Are you out for Matlock then Jon? I've never ridden near there, but I've been climbing at stanage many years ago when that was my "thing".
  22. The best way I've found is to have one main <div> for the whole page with a fixed width, which is centered, then you can put all of your other divs inside that and align them from the left, so they tend to stay in the right place across all browsers. Are you using seperate stylesheets? I havn't used them before but I have done on the site I'm working on now, and they're a godsend, especially when you need to duplicate divs across all the pages of the website.
  23. Cover the barb in something like washing up liquid or royal blood, it used to make it easier for me when I ran a maggy.
  24. For super simpleness check out PoddoX, it's so simple, you just run through the options to transfer anything to or from your iPod. It's also faster than iTunes, uses less system resources and doesn't crash and destroy my iPod on a regular basis, which is nice of it.
