  1. Everyone at work uses them and loves them. They actually work, which is nice when our office is wifi only.
  2. I think this is a difference of interpretation as much as anything else. You don't mean "eat as much fat as you can" by the sounds of it, you mean "eat a reasonable about of good quality fat from good sources" which I would totally agree with. Labels are dangerous though. Dan is not a bodybuilder, he's a young lad who's been lifting for a few months and wants to make some gains and is doing. He doesn't need a super clever diet, he just needs to lift, rest and eat OK and he'll se results. All the extreme diet and shit can come if he decides he wants to be massive. If weight training is your life then go ahead and get all technical, but for everyone with other stuff going on it really is as simple as lift more eat more gain more. (Especially if you're an endomorph).
  3. Risky advice that... Eat as much fat as possible? You serious? May help put a bit of muscle on but it's not going to do your health any good. I always found that just eating a healthy diet with some extra protein worked best. All the high this low that shit just hindered my progress or made me gain shit loads of flab. Sort out sleep, training and eating healthily first. Most important aspect for me was keeping everything mad simple and changing things gradually.
  4. Had a quick google, as with many of those stop errors it can mean anything. Basically it's caused by an error reading data from one of your disks, either by a faulty disk, cable, motherboard etc or corrupted data, or can be caused by malware. To investigate further: Run HDTune and CrystalDiskInfo to look for bad sectors on the diskFollow this guide to find out more about the problem that occured.Do a virus/malware scan to make sure that its not being caused by anything nasty. What hardware/drivers do you have installed? Have you got the proper chipset drivers etc?

    Vapers Thread

Giving up tinder appears to have turned you into a bitch Dan, need to get busy again.
  6. Thanks for the full 1080p screenshot, good use of my precious bandwidth that.
  7. Mine does alright on the motorway, picks up alright in top gear above 60 so fairly easy going and returns decent mpg, but there is a fair bit of wind noise. If my 7 years and over 10k miles on bikes has taught me anything, it's that relatively inappropriate vehicles are far more fun than appropriate ones.

Lolz, well clearly he needs people to do him favours and save him money because he spent it all on a Porsche.

Who the f**k are you talking about?
  10. First car rose tinted glasses probably. I've only driven a Hyundai i20 diesel, Peugeot 207SW and a Citroen Picasso to compare, and they all seemed very boring. Micras are super light and bouncey and happy, and they have nice revvy little engines, plus they're dirt cheap to buy and run, fairly eco (40-45mpg in mine and I'm not that careful with it), and pretty easy to work on. EDIT: My brother also reports that his mates Micra is far more capable for green laning than his Yaris T-Sport, or the 1.2 Clio they trashed by taking it green laning.
  11. Is yours yellow by any chance? If I ever see a yellow, 1.4l, low-mileage one I'll snap it up.
  12. Yeh, some of us have started with a 1.3l, proper Micra.

I'm not a developer though. We have a team that are pretty shit hot at the moment, but we still struggle to find good ones. Average ones are all over the place though.

You two have clearly only worked with utterly shit devs then... If you find good ones, send them my way. We're struggling to find them.
  15. I didn't get that impression. Seemed more to me like they had nothing else decent or constructive to say, and that they wouldn't want to bitch or complain about it. They don't work as the two of them, so the way I saw it was that they wanted to do the bare minimum. Why waste time talking in the studio? Just play the films.
  16. I just unfollow or unfriend people who share that shit Prawn. Don't want to associate with scum like that. How do they think that sharing that sort of thing publically is a good idea? Oh no wait, it's not public, it's only to every person you know...
  17. There is a button in the bottom right of the pretty picture screen after booting, click that and it should prompt you.
  18. I've not entered it either. As long as you long into Win10 with the same email address that you signed up to the insider preview with, then you'll be reet.
  19. No idea to be honest. It's been published widely that they're monitoring your useage so I guess you'll have to do something on it fairly regularly. Dunno about your boot woes. Tried disconnecting the SSD and any other HDDs?
  20. Ah reet, yeh should be fine then. All you need to do is delete everything but the steam.exe and the steamapps folder from the installation on the storage drive, and then run steam.exe and it will install it using the games present in steamapps.
  21. Worth reading this if you care about privacy and that. Personally I couldn't care less as I have nothing of interest to hide from Microsoft but I can understand why some people would be unhappy about this stuff. http://www.techworm.net/2014/10/microsofts-windows-10-permission-watch-every-move.html
  22. Errm yeh, but I wouldn't share the library, I'd duplicate it as it's just for testing.

Do it, don't hang around. I did and you just end up owning a bike while it depreciates. Might as well sell up and put the money in the bank, and buy a newer, better bike if you ever get back into it.
  24. Nah you need it installed and running on something. Once you install, you are required to log into your Windows Insider account, which then tells them that you're actually testing the thing. If you continue to use it until after July 29th, you will get a proper licence assigned to your account. I've got my girlfriend to sign up and installed it on my spare computer, and planning on running it on my desktop from my old SSD. Dunno about upgrade to be honest, I've only ever done fresh installs. Bare in mind that at the moment there is a lack of drivers and software that works properly. People are going to have to write that. Not even sure if my GPUs are supported...
