I was talking to my dad, the other day, about his family and where he grew up etc, and I realised how little I knew about my relatively close family. My whole dad's side of the family is from East London, and he moved away when he was in his twentys. I never met any of my great grandparents, but apparently, his Grandfather was 'connected', and when he died he was burried in a full blown mafia grave, in a mafia graveyard and all of his money just instantly dissapeared (apparently he was pretty well off). I didn't know any of this until a couple of weeks ago, but I thought it was pretty ineresting, and I was amazed I knew nothing about my family more than 2 generations ago! Anyone else got some stories like this?

Ignore him Why would a profile need to bed in? The pawls and ratchet on a profile are very deep, its is lubricated very lightly when you buy it new and the springs are very strong. I've owned several profile hubs over the years and none of them haveever showed any signs of skipping.

Fairy liquid and hot water on the rotor and blow torch/heat to a high enough temperature to burn the oil off the pads. Then dip the pads straight into cold water. Doesn't do tehm any harm. That will sort them out. Juicy threes are fine for what they wer intended for, i can't imagine them being any good on a trials bike.

I think it's a really important monument, which needs to be maintained as a reminder of what really happened. If all the war monuments were left to decay, a few generations down the line everything will be allowed to be forgotten.
