I thought for it to be a proper parrallel park you have got to be able to get back out, I didnt see that happen, but I could be wrong. Good skill though.
Erm, does "Lefty loosey, righty tighty" work on nipples? I'm sure it should at least on a truing stand it would, if you're on a bike doing of the brake pads or something like that then just think of the said ryhme backwards, if that makes sense?
Has it got tensioners? if it has back them off, if it hasn't then try pushing the chain off sidways while turning the crank, although I've done it before I don't know if it damages the chain or chainrings?
Hey, Just wanted to find out the ERD on this rim: http://www.selectbikes.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=251
if anyone knows it? If not, I've measured like this; Outside of rim, minus the depth x2? Is this right?
That comes up with an ERD of 517.
Cheers guys.
No they're really not. The engagment works totally differently, they hardly last with a BMX, the thing they're designed for, I doubt with tougher forces on it it'll stand up to much...
However I shall be happy to be pointed towards a freecoaster that could remain unbroken under any riding condition...
Although if you still wanted a chain, you could try a freecoaster. Can't imagine it'll be any good for trials though, engagement is rubbish, and internals are apparently made of cheese.
Just having a look round on the forum and saw the stone masons bit, and a lot of replies. Anyway just wondering who lives in and around Oxford cus' I need some friends! And I just passed my test so I can get into Oxford now with my bike for rides and shiz naz, any who I'll retreat to my reclusive state awaiting replies...
Cheers Guys
While it's kind of on the subject, anyone see the new lightest bike in the world? Got shown it at work today, like 2.6kg or thereabouts, I'd find a link but I can't, sorry
I agree, not taking the piss out him, it's just, saying you're dyslexic then putting straight after "or however you spell it" seem a bit... false? But still got nothing against him.
