The Gotan Project are really good, there a French band, I can't really describe what it is to be honest. Its got a bit of everything in, piano, those things you squeeze together(forgot the name). Infact, its French R&B, but proper R&B.

Right, since I've just had to take my crank arm off which was similar to this, I'll explain in what i did. Firstly I flooded the area on the bolts and around with wd40 and left it for a couple of hours. Then, when i came back, i superglued my allen key into the bolt and stuck a big pole on the end of the allen key. Make sure you get someone to hold the frame though! Not sure how much of your bolt is rounded though.. If superglue fails, loc-tite it in. Anyway, give that a go. Good luck, Joe

Is it me or is hocky really dangerous? My friend broke his ankle playing last week, ball got smacked at his foot.. Funny thing was, he carried on playing. Sounds painful, did it damage any of your teeth? Good luck if it did, after my front tooth was chipped badly in rugby i've been to the dentist too many times .
