  1. If it's a standard hg spline then yes, if it's a screw-on, then no (unless the hub's threaded) etc etc Utilise some common sense

You dont. It's a kids bike, to get them into the swing of riding (balance etc..) not a first trials bike. I'd get one, if I had kiddies, that is.
  3. Pretty sure that's the spec of a Ti

    Xmas Presents

Mum gave me a small donation towards my new frame, which was nice Just waiting patiently for it to arrive now!
  5. I'd have thought it's a spacer in with the rear block/casette, so you can flick onto it, and not have to pedal backwards. I think Lenosky and co. use the same thing Simple solution!
  6. Have you actually checked the bb's tight? Take it out, check it, clean it, re-grease it, put it back in. If it still creaks, get a new'un
  7. Luke just linked me to this on msn - oh my... Best video i've seen this year, along with your last one Playing on a 24" seems to have been a wise choice! Guessing you've taken to it pretty well? Cheers, was really enjoyable. Matt P.S, i need a backwards gear too.
  8. Download from here. Think that's where i downloaded it from

You've changed it to 'funny' cats? Or am i missing something?
  11. How high is that stem Bunnyhop-tastic. Looks pretty smart Andy, can't wait to get back riding now!
  12. On a bike. Not a great view of it, but it doesn't look too bad
  13. Must resist 'pads test you' remark They don't look too bad, the backings don't look particularly well done though. The soft compound ones sound good, any news if they'd be availible for us vee users?
  14. Rick's huge, it's snap his back if he had anything smaller Looks really smart dude, can't wait to get back out riding with you now, finally getting my new one sorted, too
  15. The colour is just a pigment (think that's the word...), to make them look pretty. It's the compound that makes the difference.
  16. Cheers dude I think i'll have to consider one of those when I get a slight cash injection...
  17. They look really smart! Don't suppose you know the dimensions of them, Sir?
  18. Sharper isn't always better I personally won't grind mine because i love a good bit of modulation, a comparitively quieter brake, cleaner look etc etc. All depends on what he's intending on doing with it! Looks really smart dude, the hubs really stand out.
  19. My favourites on youtube: Feeney - Define this Feeney - The Engine Joel Bennett - Twice Boon - This Month, Day 10 Dave Marshall - NBR 28 Judders - Damnation 10 Shrewsbury - Our Summer Just have a search arounf youtube, or the forum - not too hard to find good vids
  20. Remember too look at second hand bikes, just make sure they're not raped. For the price of a good starter/intermediate bike, you could get a used top-spec bike second hand. If you wanted something really nice like an Ozonys, Koxx, Echo controls, Zoo Pitbulls etc, you'd probably be looking at between £400 and £700 second hand for one with a sweet spec.
  21. Yes, otherwise what's gonna hold it in place? I just get an adjustable spanner, make it fit the rotor nicely, find where the rotor is bent and tweak it in the opposite direction. then spin the wheel again, and keep repeating this until it is as straight as you can get it
  22. Someone's made of money... If/when i bend rotors, all it takes is a tweak or two with an adjustable spanner - really not hard to sort out.
