  1. Looks really smart, i'd lose the dual ply front tyre, mind, made such a difference on my Leeson!
  2. Providing all goes to plan, end of December, early January.
  3. Really wanna ride, hate waiting to get the new beastie sorted EDIT: Half 1? That leaves like, 2 and half hours of daylight.
  4. At a guess, one that says Kenny instead of Paul?
  5. Haha, well a week after things went wrong, i sorted myself out with a 609 Glad you like it dude, ride it well
  6. As far as i can tell, this is a new chain
  7. Ns Districts iirc So glad i didn't end up with that now! Looks sweet though, how you finding it?
  8. Not much, i've never had a problem. Low pressure, big knobbles, just wraps itself round everything!. I'm pretty sure that a proper "wet" tyre wouldn't perform much better, there's only so much that can be done to it. No grind, and tar, in the wet - that's just insanity
  9. Because trials is teeny-tiny sport, and the tyre companies would make hardly any money from it. Wet and dry tyres aren't hugely different, especially if you're running downhill tyres such as minions, they're fine in the wet!!
  10. I took mine apart, and did some thinking. Basically just flipped the spring over, and may have moved a few things around - it's worth a shot!
  11. If you're running any less than a 16t on the back, i'd recommend either tensioning the chain upwards, or using a double-wheeled tensioner. My set up was practically the same as yours (except a BT sprocket) and i had a similar problem, drove me absolutely insane! After i tensioned it upwards, all seemed good in the world.
  12. BURN On a side note, vee's don't freeze
  13. 160 rear on stock is a bad idea. Imo, don't consider anything less than a 180, i sometimes found i didn't have quite enough power with a 200!! Was still awesome though
  14. That's even cheaper than the one i bought second-hand Buy people, buy!!! Absolutely awesome tensioners!

    Pad Advice.

Cheers for all the suggestions, but i've just bought myself a vee
  16. There's usually a bit of a correlation between the two! The more you pay, the better it looks and the higher performance/ more reliable that part is.
  17. Yeah, Give the Tarts a ring If you've already fitted the ones from them, and the ones from Abdab are the same, i'm sure they'd have no prblem sorting you out. As has been said, leave some feedback! I don't see how people can claim to have sent parts when they haven't, to protest their innocence and continue to do nothing is just ridiculous. On the rare occasion i've not had time to post an item when i've said i will, i'll always keep the buyer informed instead of talking absolute shit.
  18. Get no worse than a C in my GCSEs. Go on the 24" tour of the south with Mr Rainbird. Stop faffing around and actually ride my bike, instead of making it look pretty and wasting my money on it. Find a decent female that doesn't end up shagging your mates. Matt
  19. That was ace! Can't wait to get riding again now
  20. Sorry, but how the hell did you bend headset spacers? Maybe because of that, you're not clamping the stem down enough?
  21. eh? I thought you said you've bent something?
