I wear good old plimpsoles, decent grip feet shape the pedals really well. However on falling off it hurts the feet

And where on earth did i say your not allowed to do spins? What i want is people doing their own riding and doing what they do best. copying every riders style who brings out a good video is shit. Everyone should do their own riding and this pavel is not riding at his best when doing spins and little 180's etc. tgs is what he is best at!

Make sure your really on top of the object, i think best to practice this on is round rails. If your not on top of it what will happen is it will flick your bike down to the floor when you have pedal kicked, to to stop this need to be on top of it.....hope this helps, someone once told me this and it doesnt sound much, but really helped my technical riding, for example gapping off rails.

Its the tensile mounts....they shit! mine do exactly the same, moved them onto the front, they still do the same, two of my friends run them and they both complain about them too!!!!!!!!
