  1. If you type in text talk like this all the time you won get validated, one of the forum rules is good spelling and grammar. This is by no means an insult just giving you a heads up.
  2. If you ride street then high is the way to go but it all depends on he geometry of the frame. Thanks for getting me my 3000th post
  3. One halflink is OK, lots are not! Gussets seem to be the best of a bad bunch though.
  4. They're light but thats about it in my eyes, in the wet they're deadly.
  5. Bars look nasty, i can't use flats they hurt, other than that its OK.
  6. Didn't consider the spokes to be honest my bad. The photo shop is quite awesome as well haha.
  7. Is that not really long and good tool to grind your rim with right there, get a nice sharp grind with that!
  8. Looks great and the extra BB height over the previous one is good, i think it was yours anyway?
  9. Those 2 inches make quite a big difference.
  10. 5p's actually work better, my isis adaptor end for my extractor used to get stuck in the cranks, the 5p's don't, haha.
  11. Difficult to say without knowing the full setup but the disks should be as good if they're set up well. disk has less bite i believe, making it easier to modulate and it also wont be effected by a buckled rim.
  12. Its also harder to cross thread a steel insert, especially is your using alloy bolts.
  13. That is in exceptional condition although price wise i really can' think right now maybe about £150 or less.
  14. That seems surprising to me but i don't know why. I'm gonna climb aboard the bandwagon and say trialtech.
  15. I had this for a while and i thought it was everything but that. Loosen it off and if that doesn't cure it fill the piston with penetrating oil.
  16. Both the Mod and Stock really do look nice, clean and simple. But the BB rise on the mod is a little large, step ladder please.
  17. Kinda digging for more info, now i see there isn't any.
  18. Be interesting to see the final results. How are you planning on bonding it to take the twisting forces?
  19. I love the purple. If only the bike was black! Still love it though
  20. Looks really really good, this color seems o work on anything.
  21. All you need is this. http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/onza-single-speed-item124146.html this http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/sprung_tensioners/4jeri_tensioner/c48p10179.html and to shorten your chain, that is all. If your chain is not wide enough go and buy a single speed specific one. Stage one: Remove cassette lock ring, this requires 2 tools, a lock ring tool and a chain whip. Internet guides will show you how. video guide below: the cassette should just slide of the hub, Put spacers and new sprocket on the hub, rearrange them until the sprocket is in a straight line to the crank sprocket. put cassette lock-ring back on the hub. Shorten chain, put back onto bike with the tentioner, ride! If the chain is to long you wont get enough chain wrap and the hub will skip, same with bad chain line.
  22. I do agree with this but the urbans do seem to have the edge strength wise, for most riders lites will be perfectly fine.
  23. Mine lasted quite well, must've had an insane grind or something?
  24. I noticed that but they still look almost vertical, still a great bike, i love how bright they are.
