1. Right click on your video file, properties, details, data bitrate. 2. When the window pops up after clicking render as, select the file type you want, then custom. Then change the constant/variable bitrate to as close as your file bitrate.

File>Render As... Make sure you change the bitrate to same as video source, otherwise it will look shit.
