Update, called hope they say that if I managed to bend a solid 10mm cro mo axle I'm pretty much screwed and they don't know what to do, so any ideas people?

It's an m5 bolt and I'm sure your local engineering firm will be cheaper than 20 quid a pop.

Wouldn't work because of Koxx's 3 amazing 3 month warranty. I say you ride it til you can start to feel the frame flex, then tell rents its scaring you and ask em to replace it.
