  1. That´s the shape of shoe worth repairing lol, look like new.
  2. Sorry I guess I wasn´t clear, what I mean is were you holding the scale while weighting it(If it´s this fishing kind of scales)
  3. Yesss, exactly what I needed Thanks. Ali´s riding on hex is absolutely amazing
  4. It´s Stan´s fault for riding like that, don´t worry
  5. If shoe is in good overall condition, why not, problem is most shoes are slowly falling apart after a year so investing in them isn´t really worth it.
  6. I cannot believe it, advice that is actually useful, you just earned yourself a like Dave.

    I think it´s not a repost http://vimeo.com/56952430
  8. Are you holding the bike in that picture? That could be the problem, weight should be fixed to something, if it was ignore this post.
  9. Not that I disagree, but I don´t understand how? I fully understand rollers are wider, but without them "wrapping" around teeth the contact surface is determined by smaller part of equation i.e. teeth in this case, or?
  10. Yeah,it would be easier on the joints, not too sure about riding though Laurence, give it a try and don´t forget to film it for Dave
  11. One thing might help, another video of Stan, it´s very relaxing for sure
  12. Contact surface is the same, because teeth on sprocket/freewheel are the same though aren´t they?
  13. I can´t remember how stan´t tread turned into weight lifting debate, I´m not sure if Stan has ever been in the gym lol,(no pun intended, his style is so effortless and smooth it makes it look slow mo sometimes)
  14. Shit, if that´s not shopped which I believe it is, it has to be most muscular kangaroo ever
  15. I believe he was talking about me, even though I think I haven´t say a word about technique besides posting TRA´s guide to taps...
  16. Don´t worry, I actually might film it for him so he could stop arguing about something he doesn´t know much about. When he talks about riding, I actually listen to him and agree in most cases, but when he talks about bike parts or pretty much anything else, I just can´t agree with him lol, just like most of the people here can´t.
  17. Agreed. I haven´t noticed any difference between them other than it was easier to join 510 because of longer pins exactly as Adam pointed out.
  18. Shame on you for strugling with 65kg then, I would expect some power from guy capable of that, where´s vid of that sidehop btw? You know what I mean? Oh, and I can sidehop bar height lol, I would actually say my ups and gaps are pretty good for someone who doesn´t really care about riding and get out on bike once a week most of the time...
  19. Dude,if you said that 3hours ago, I would gladly film my three sets of 4reps with 80kg...Next time maybe.
  20. I would say shorter pin offers less leverage, try to bend 300mm spoke and try the same thing with 100mm one...
  21. 70kg is supposed to be a lot? I don´t get it?My best power clean is 100kg and it is POWER clean, so I´m not catching it in deep squat possition and I do them only when I want a change from deadlifts I do 90% of time. You better ask your trainer what that "tripple extension" means and why you should do it, it´s not a rocket science but you are lost obviously.
  22. Really?Over three months?I´ve been doing it for last 8years, but I´m sure I should do some more reading for myself. Thanks Dave for another great post.
