I say the best way is to learn it to the both sides...And also it´s useful to use your front wheel to pull back wheel higher,if you do it right it doesn´t even look that bad.But as with everything, it can take some time to get it right.

Ozonys has better brakes,very expensive and light tires,hubs,better stem and bars...only worse part are rims and I´m not sure about that either,just because they aren´t drilled doesn´t mean they aren´t actually lighter than TR´s.One thing that is deffo better is frame on the echo,but if he doesn´t have money to upgrade mentioned parts,ozonys is probably smarter choice as it doesn´t seem to ask for another investment anytime soon.
