  1. I have quickly calculated 8 grams, am I wrong?
  2. Hello everyone, I don't have access to a scale and after making a research I haven't found any answers. I am just looking for the weight of a spoke (http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_spokes/sapim_race_26_inch_silver_with_nipples/c96p238.html). I am on a project and I need to know it asap. thanks EDIT: Please tell me the weight with a nipple on it.
  3. Giaco is a happy man, why do you use sarcasm about him?
  4. Hello everybody, I intend to change some parts on the bike, and this includes cranks and freewheel. So I decided to go for the RockMan Lite Cranks. The thing is, I want to use an Echo SL 108 freewheel and I think I remember there was some problems fitting that frontwheel on these cranks. I might be wrong, but I think there was a thread about that problem. If someone can confirm it would be appreciated. Cheers
  5. Can you tell me what music you used? Artist and name please. I enjoyed that video, it reminds me when I rode brakeless.
  6. Thanks everyone. Ali, I think you are completely right. We are all learning new stuff, like on every new rocks we ride on. About light bikes, the Marino was round 10,5 when it had rideable things built on it. I just enjoy the feeling the light mist chimera gives.
  7. Well... I guess I am more than learning then, I'm more like a starter then... I am owned yes
  8. This is entirely true. Don't forget that I am not a weight weenie, but I just like the way a light bike feels. I have been riding a heavy bike for a long time (Marino with Rain King and Try-All front tire) and it didn't disturb me that much. The geo was just not too my taste and I prefered something lower and shorter. Anyway, I just had a chance to get a super bike and got it. It is a great opportunity and I am really happy with it. And it's not really like I am learning how to ride a trials bike...
  9. I am trying to lower the number of spokes before making a prototype rim to see if it can resist. It's still in my garage, unbuilt... I just couldn't tap with it, so it was really annoying. It was really heavy too and much too long and high. I got wrong!
  10. That is actually the frame I have had for the longest time (7 months), and it is really good, so I'll try to keep it as long as possible.
  11. Cheers mates. My chance is that I am what we can call "cured" now. So I can ride the hell out of that bike. I am not used to it yet, but it will come and then I will make an HD video.
  12. What are these yellow brake pads in TNN backings?
  13. After stopping riding my bike for quite a long time for mental health reason, I am finally back with a light full build from my sponsor Trialparts.net. The weight is 8.0 kilos as I now have titanium parts , carbon bars, and other light parts. It rides like a dream and feels just perfect. If you need specs, you can ask them. Thanks a lot to trialparts.net of course for the excellent support.
  14. Can someone upload it on youtube please?
  15. The new Echo stuff is online, check Echobike.com
  16. I just don't know what is in her head. I know what is going on in mine... The rope was for me...
  17. Got dumped for the second time with the same girl. Story is: first time she said we lived too far from each other and she wasn't ready for some serious business. That was a long time ago. Few days later, she got f**ked by her best friend. Later on she asked me if you could be together because she couldn't understand why she dumped me and that I was perfect for her etc... She said she would move this year as she could work in another city. We spent last week together and it was awesome, she kept telling how much she loved me etc... But yesterday she said she didn't felt that much things for me anymore. And she dumped me. The worse thing is I proposed her last week, and she said yes,... Who has a rope now?
  18. Yes I have seen your setup. Really nice, except for the rear rim that holds grind like cheese. I prefer my Tarty stem though. I have removed a spacer too, so now it's just good. What do you think of the frame after using it for...? Thanks man!
  19. I thought Comp meant more than 55 and around 1100. As you like then. It feels much better than the 1100 WB and the +70 BB I had on the MArino. Plus I couldn't tap with the marino. Dunno why but it didn't responded. Thanks Hannah.
  20. In one year and a half of riding: MAD Phase 1.2, Onza Limey 3, Echo Control 2009, Bionic B5R, Neon Bow 3, Marino, and now the Mist. It took time to know what i really wanted. Yes I know, but wanting a comp geo was wrong all the way though. I feel much better on a shorter bike with lower BB. Honestly, I have never had a bike that I felt that confident on, before that one. Thanks to all. Trialparts sells them mate 350 euros and you get fork + frame.
