  1. Looks, and sounds like it's gone pretty well mate Make a vid after you've built it into a wheel
  2. Hey there mate, I myself ride an Onza Bird, and I can definately recommend it over the Rip. It comes with a front disc (which is very bitey), instead of a vee, and it comes with Creepy Crawlers, which are much better tyres. Both of them are pretty heavy as they are beginner bikes, but both are very strong and nice to ride for the money. Go for the bird mate EDIT: Here is a picture of mine if you're wondering what they look like: Though I have modded mine a little bit.
  3. Only use Tarty and Selectbikes
  4. Yeah I don't think his post was about buying a bike mate. He just wants to know what he can get for his budget. Anyway, if you're buying new, then have a look here: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/search.php?category_id=10 The Onza Bird & Pro are around your price range, and they are excellent starter bikes. If you want to buy second hand (Get a much higher spec bike), then either wait until you are validated on here, or just look on trusty old Ebay James.
  5. Awesome rider, awesome moves, awesome music, and awesome camera work - I think we're onto a winner!
  6. £20 for a whole bike, even if it is a T-Poo, Course it's worth it!
  7. Chinnery has made a new video ....it's been a loooooonnnggggg time. Oh wait, no it hasn't. EDIT: Riding was quite good by the way, you look pretty comfortable on the ZOO!
  8. Those frames look horrible on their own but built up ..wow
  9. That was some of the best riding i've seen in a LONG time. Really really enjoyed that video, nice work Your balance is exceptional!
  10. I see. So you could just use the pawls from the Profile then? And it would sound like a Pro2?
  11. Yes. A1's are great, and if you can't find one there's always the A3 [same frame, mod version ]

Really sweet vid! His riding style reminds me a bit of TRA's.
  13. There's a very high percentage that this is a stupid question, but, Would the driver, pawls, springs blah de blah from a Pro 2 fit into a Profile shell?
  14. Yeah, wasn't too bad at all. Liked the little shot of the sewer you gave us Hehe, was a nice touch.
  15. Seriously, what was the point of the first minute 40 secs? Was ok riding though for 3 months I guess
  16. That video was really cool. Liked the phone box part.
  17. Yeah, the Phase's are pretty awesome for the money. But one more thing, are you sure you want to go straight onto a stock? Even if you are tall, it still may be easier to learn the fundamentals of trials on a mod. They're are possibly the cheaper option (obviously depending what you go for), and they are just so much easier to flick around and to pick up things on.
  18. You my friend, are such a BEAST! Awesome little video, make a longer one
  19. Scruffy, but nicer than your Onza. Looks suuuuper long, like almost Zona Zip style
  20. Well to be honest, if people are telling you to f**k off, then don't. UNLESS, you're in a private area (eg: outside of a business where people are working and the owner is telling you to move on). I myself got some new pads recently, [plazmatics] and seriously, every time I touch my brake lever it sounds like an elephants stalking me. I've been told after i've used them for a month of 2 though they will have fully bedded in and should be half as loud. Patience my friend
  21. I would say landing on both wheels at the same time is harder. You have to lurch the bike forward even more and push the front end down while in the air.
  22. Doesn't look too shabby at all! Need to tighten up that chain though
