You dont have to creatine load all the time, you can take the smaller amounts and still have the same creatine levels as when loading. I know what you mean though as some people say that by using cycles it stops the body from adapting to the supplement of creatine and stopping the body from supplying it naturally, but just through continuous use hasnt been found that much different from loading. So it's up to whoever uses it really.

Sniper rifles are useless on COD4, M14 owns everything Just got back from an awful day at work, now im eating foood and doing some revision

Do you work out daily, if not, then you dont really need to take them everyday, creatine just helps in replenishing ATP (high energy compound) alot quicker and helps for short, high intensity activities (weights training etc) and doesnt last for very long (unless supplemented), after which your body breaks down glycogen to replenish ATP stores. On the protein supplement side of things, i use the Optimum Nutrition gold standard aswell, its tastes alright (chocolate one, dont buy cookies n cream, ive still got 3/4 of a tub in my room its absolutely disgusting) and isnt too bad for the price you pay. Bah, i need to start excercising again, stupid christmas holidays and all the fatty foods made me put on about 12lbs its crazy.

Search for some songs on your system just incase theyve been moved into a different folder or something. Try a system restore to yesterday or whenever nearest (i think they restore old files, dont take my word on that though) IF all else fails, after a few seconds of googling, try this (dependent upon whether you are on mac or windows read the appropriate paragraphs) http://www.macworld.com/article/54342/2006...aystreet20.html (dont know if it actually works as it is from 2006!) EDIT: As Nick said below , just download an ipod rip, as it says in the link above ^

Surely you have your music library, just sync the music back onto it via itunes?

Hey, Does anyone here have a good knowledge with microsoft access 2003+2007. Basically for college coursework weve been made to create a database in access and they have the 2003 version...whilst at home i have the 2007 version. Basically ive converted the file into the 2007 file format, yet none of my buttons that ive created in the database work at all and i dont even get an error appear when i click on them either, i even tried creating the buttons again from scratch and they still dont work, and some of these are just buttons that perform open form, close form etc, nothing complicated. Anyone got any ideas as i dont really want to have to re-install office 2003, i have looked on the internet yet cant find anything that solves the problem....seems stupid they would release a new version that is not compatible with previous versions. Thanks! EDIT: ignore post, running both office 2003 and 2007

Mac > Apple > Itunes...same thing Anyway....does anyone know how to create (if possible) mutlitple libraries in itunes (on a windows OS), as i have an ipod and my brother has an ipod. Now i dont want to get all his music mixed up in my library, nor do i want to manually manage both of our music, therefore is there a way that when he attaches his ipod to the computer i can open a library in itunes for him and sync all his music via that way and the same for me? Cheers! EDIT: Nevermind i found a way!

Probably the fact its an inanimate object, plus this is a totally harsh view but it was on russell brands radio show and made me laugh...basically he said, it wasnt actually the woman who called the bear mohamed it was the children...now surely the children must know better aswell , so surely they are just as culpable p.s sorry Mark i did read your post but mustve totally forgot you put that when i was posting!!

I'm a total atheist, i dont have a problem with people believing in a 'god' if they feel it gives them some kind of hope/comfort in the world.....even if they are totally wrong in what they believe in (in terms of a superior being) not the moral values that some christian may adopt (although im sure a majority of us people who arent religious have the same moral values as christians). Not going to type much for this thread, but id just like to see some of your opinions on firstly children being indoctrinated at a young age by parents/schools etc without freedom to choose for themselves what they want to believe in, especially in families with fundamental beliefs, has anyone experienced this?.....would any of you who believe in religion force your children into a religion? Also if youve got a few minutes, give this a watch and tell me what you think, i've posted this in a previous thread before but it still amuses/worries me that this guy is on a prime time t.v channel (even if it is america) firstly and also where he gets his ideas from and it is worrying that someone could be soo ignorant.

Dvd player that supports both ( i do believe there is a company that is doing that i cant remember who) but that will sort it! I couldnt really care to be honest, i have a blu-ray player because its part of the PS3, otherwise i wouldnt even think about getting either of them! It's far too early to even decide which of them to go for.

I dont like the way theyve tried to make navigating through windows too user friendly, i prefer xp on that side of things as i know where everything i want is (and i dont like change! ) Another annoying feature is the fact it asks you for permission for just about everything you do(although that can be turned off) Other than that i dont really think ive had any problems with vista apart from with some games ive played on it, although i would not really recommend buying it separately, just something to have if it happens to come with the computer, go for xp

Yeh, i think apple should just stick to the ipod side of things Although it does run very smoothly and the touch screen is very nice, as for the typing on it, unless you have an ipod touch or iphone and have used it for a while you will realise its actually really easy (if your good at typing on a keyboard in the first place) to create messages

lol or "James' are often found in hairdressers or in their local topshop. Lacking any skills needed to satisfy a woman, thus they feign homosexuality. James' are particularly moronic and talk in a snide sort of voice."
