  1. What are you stuck with, its usually straight forward, select multiplayer from the call of duty tab wherever you may have it on your desktop or in foldersetc...create a profile...select join server....make sure 'Join: Internet' is selected, double click a server and voila you are playing online!
  2. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=109186 Multiplayer is good apart from the fact its too easy to get to level 55, so after that its a bit boring (in the sense of achieving awards etc anyway)
  3. The same kinda people that post videos of people hopping about on silly bikes
  4. Thats because if you watched the previous videos before the mission it shows him with only one arm hence the reason the arm has to come off
  5. bah i only have it for pc thinking they might actually have stats servers....i was wrong! Awesome game though, ashame the singeplayer wasnt longer, although the multiplayer definetely makes up for it!
  6. good meats (fish, chicken etc), little carbs (jacket potatoes, rice, pastas etc), lots of fruit and veg and some fats (cheese etc), like most good diets Try and head for 5-6 small meals a day, when you do weights + most exercise it will increase your metabolism! As for the dude lifting 55kg dumbbells, good god! I've never seen you, but unless youre huge then im with trials punk in saying that it was probably 55lbs which is still heavy though! You nutter, that stuffs a right old rip-off! you can get good stuff (Optimum Nutrition whey protein) 2.35kg tubs for £35. Im assuming thats a creatine supplement, if so does it actually work? As creatine only really allows you to perform bursts of energy before the stores are depleted, i dont get how it increases performance? At the mo i do a 3 day split Chest/Biceps Back/Shoulders Triceps/Legs/Abs And i just throw abs in again wherever i feel with a cardio session.

    Iphone

Theyre more durable than you might think, i keep mine in my pocket all the time with no case and ive dropped my ipod touch a few times (im assuming they both use the same screen and the awful scratchable metal on the rear) and the front screen is still in mint condition, not the slightest scratch on it, whilst the back is looking like a brushed metal effect now . Now go get one

    Death.

As i saw on a comedy programme...it doesnt state what kinda virgins were talking about here i mean, im pretty sure that there must be some pug ugly 60 year old virgin women around, so i think its more of a gamble with who you get. Just get ashes purified and made into a diamond....might as well make something worth something.

    Home Gym Thingys

A good website for learning exercises + finding out exercises and what they involve etc is Linkage Ignore the pictures of the scary man and even scarier woman and select a muscle to find out exercises for it, that website is also extremely helpful for those interested in basic weight training, cardiovascular routines, dieting etc and how weight training actually works what is really involved and needed and shows that its not just about lifting a weight lots of times. For building up leg muscle as has already been said try squats which are probably the best, leg ext/curls, then theres also the lunge which is a really good exercise for your quads and can be done with dumbbells. Your best bet is to simply buy a bench with a rack, a barbell (preferably a 6ft one) with some weights and dumbbells. Simply because youre not really limited with exercises you can do and its more than likely alot cheaper. Lucky for you, i had spinlock clamps and they are just as bad as your plastic collars sound, they always came loose, a solution i found were these things (cant remember what they are called) but they look like those handgrip strengthers the things with two handles that you squeeze, basically you just squeeze it to make the metal thing in the middle bigger then slip it over the barbell, then release and its keeps them on pretty neatly. <<<< those kinda things Anyway, if youve not really done weights before, then id suggest starting off with simple routines you will find on most websites (look at the one ive put at the top of the post for some), whereby it will more than likely involve compound exercises (exercises which will involve many muscles at one time) rather than isolating muscles (such as the pec fly isolates the pec only), this is it to build up a good foundation basically, then you can move onto creating routines involving split days whereby you would do exercises for chest/biceps one day, then back/shoulders/abs another day, then legs and triceps another day.
  13. Ipod touch can come in 8gb and 16gb Yes, they can go on the internet and you can watch videos off of youtube aswell and buy songs off itunes etc. You can also get jailbreak for ipod touch which allows you to download 3rd party apps for it such as games etc (obviously games arent going to be as good as psp games but the touch isnt for gaming though!) Up to you really! I've got an ipod touch and i love it

    Speedcameras

or they can f**k you over for speeding haha! Where did i say it did?

    Speedcameras

I'm pretty sure that the camera would be right, it sends out a wave of some sort which is then sent back to the receiver, which then the math calculates the speed pretty accurately and it all happens within .something of a second i beleive. Plus if youre going to speed, be ready for the consequences
