Thanks for the help guys. Tried it with less spacers and tried the brake on a different pin hole placement but now the springs are too weak to pull out again :/ I guess next thing to try is an extra link in the chain.
I guess it doesnt help that my outer is still about 1ft too long
The only stock i've ever gotten on with was a Neon Bow from oxford and I cant afford anything like that even with a swap.
Never really tried a 24" and again... I have no money
I'll try this tomorrow, cheers mate.
I still have about 2ft extra cable to cut down so it looks like more fun times.... Yay ¬_¬
Edit* It is a 90degree noodle... It's some new style flexy noodle though, giving it a try out.
Damn you Luke selling me the old adaptors xD to be honest, new chain link, different adaptors etc still make setting up a hassle. I think the only thing I could do is get longer arms :/ Damn
I've used a friends echo and to be honest It feels fine. Ali C has even commented before saying that they work fine although some need cleaning prio to first use.
Most engineering firms to be honest, or If you wanna make the trip come down to Crowthorne and I'll do it. Just bring a drill.... Dont think I have one atm
Heya guys, i'm probs gunna be in for this
Got a question though... Anyone living near the ride spots able to give me a quick grind? Mines so dead its feels slipper than my mates smooth rim with maggy blacks....
Toothed cams from monty are only £7, not really breaking the bank ;D
I doubt DIY toothed would be very good to be honest...
As for placement, outside for 116mm spaced hubs and inside for 110mm hubs
I hope thats the echo team with the oval shapes near headtube... If it is then its the same as mine and looks sexy.
I've only got 165mm cranks on atm and fine it fine although I wouldnt mine going 170 possibly 175... It's personal preferance, find what works best for you
