  1. if you want to upgrade all the parts with your spar money you may aswell just spend that extra money and get a fourplay, they come with better brakes already and just better components all round chris
  2. the fourplay, havnt rode one but they are very popular so i guess they must be prety good not unless you where thinking of the onza zoot pro frame kit and building it up ? chris
  3. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/single_speed_kits/atomz_complete_single_speed_kit/c511p10135.html will probably be alot lighter and comes in 15t aswell and i think thats what people use on a stock most of the time chris
  4. i cant haha it just annoyes me when im about to do something and then i realise my brake hardly works because the tpa has moved chris
  5. spray forks black aswell and make everything apart from the frame black, then spray frame red or blue. that what i would do chris
  6. just got my brakes back on my bike, fresh bleed etc, and when ever i hold the brake in for a while the hole tpa turns so the notched arnt in the grrove on the lever, if you know what i meen ? and the tpa keeps changing on its own, i will set it how i want and then 10-15 mins later of riding it will set its self so the lever pulls right in whats up with it ? has it been over tightened and broke ? or am i just being stupid and missing something that blatently ovious ? chris
  7. just saying, im looking to buy a new custom frame next year and have been looking for options and want one thats aluminium, so if build quality is good i would be more than happy to be a customer at £300+, definately get back with some more info on build quality and a company name will probably be in contact with you shortly or next year some time chris

  18. been meaning to make a new video for a long time now and decided to try a bit of brakeless and i actualy like it quit a lot made this brakeless video so basicly enjoy construvtive critisism would be good chris
  19. that very good i think if he keeps trainining and wants to do it, he could be extremely good on the future chris
  20. if you do street, with spins, manual, etc. i would go for high rise stem with short length, like a 25 degree, 90mm-100mm, if you do more trials, with less spins, more hops, hooks, etc. then go for a quit high rise (25 degrees) stem but just like 120-140, something like that i ride a 25 degree 70mm on a 24, i like to have it short and flicky to make spins easier (more bmxy) its all down to personal preference though hope this helps chris
  21. if i was you i would just look for a second hand inspired or something i got the ashton effect about a year ago as a complete bike and i have had to change so many parts, front brake hardly worked, gearing was all wrong, skipped when i rode in a straight line, not even pedaling hard. now i have got all of this sorted out, its know a realy nice bike to ride i do more bmxy street to trials so the geometry is near enough perfect for me, bit long with standard forks but with inspired forks on its perfect but i have spent alot of money to get it right, i would eathier go for a new zoot, or a second hand inspired/marino or something along those lines. hope this helps chris
